We normally stay at Hilton 4 star properties but was wondering how Tru by Hilton will be mine? However our perception changed we really liked the hotel overall. Safe place for solo or girls travelers. Parking was amazing. Staff was friendly and welcomed us with water bottles. Room was spacious and clean. Large bathroom. We loved the area. Special thanks to front desk “Britni” she was very helpful and awesome 👍😊

Great hotel & service but very noisy throughout the middle of the night, very thin walls

This is a pleasant hotel aimed at a young professional customer, with foosball tables in the lobby and lots of primary colors on the walls. It was a quiet place to work.

I was pleasantly surprised and had a good experience. I wasn’t having the best night and the guy who checked me (I believe his name is Preston) was mega kind, patient & helpful. I needed the compassion & I am very thankful I selected this hotel to stay at. Liked the modern aspect too & that it was very quiet. Thank you.

Wonderful breakfast with lots of choices. Very clean facilities and easy access from highway. Comfortable bed and nd huge shower with great soaps etc. It would be helpful to put a TRU HILTON sign on the building facing S, N, and W.

Overall our stay was good but there was some kind of Family Reunion or something. At checkin there was a line outside the door and only 1 person working. She called for help but no one never came the 20-30 minutes it took for us to check-in

We asked for a wake up call and did not get it.

I like these hotels as they do t have any carpeting anywhere. After showing I used the towel to wipe up water on the floor. When I looked at the towel it was pretty dirty. Floors could not have been cleaned very well. The reason I stayed there was for the cleanliness…..not at this hotel.

Nice place to stay

This is a newer hotel that is clean, comfortable and modern. Easy free parking, nice employees and a beautiful wide view of trees from our room. Coffee offerings in the lobby. Great place to stay for the price.

Great place to stay while we visited family nearby. Convenient to everything, very new and clean. Nice places to sit both inside and outside. Sidewalks nearby for walking and running.

If you are looking for a super simple hotel room with a fairly good complementary breakfast, this is your hotel. The furniture in the room looked like Ikea furniture but was in good clean condition. Our room was fairly small (single King bed). The bed was quite firm which was appreciated. The shower had some issues with the door and did not fully close so the bathroom floor was pretty wet after each shower. However, the area in which the hotel was located was very safe and quiet. In general, this mininimalist concept hotel was clean, safe, and it was a nice hotel.

While everything was clean and the hotel is super cute itself, the room had a weird smell to it. We had other family staying at the same hotel with us and there room also smelled the same way. The breakfast is what made me put three stars. The lady doing breakfast was rude and not friendly whatsoever. The only good thing we’re the pancakes and bagels. You had to toast your stuff two or three times to get your bagel toasted. I was expecting a better breakfast from a better hotel.

The staff was very friendly especially the lady at the breakfast bar. She spoke to so many people whom didn’t speak back, the whole time with a welcoming smile. I made it a point to stop and speak to her. The outdoor lounge area was my favorite spot although it rained for most of my trip
