It was an inexpensive place to stay near the airport.

The hotel is in a hard to find location with nothing close by to walk to (we arrived after dark and did not leave to eat because the hotel seemed to be down a dark alley behind some buildings). There were no hallway lights on when we got off the elevator at our floor. Only after going downstairs a couple of times did the lights come on. The room was small and the bathroom was extremely small with fixtures that were not securely mounted to the walls.

Room was modern and clean. Comfy bed. Ladies on reception were nice.

DUREX on reception !! Ark House n Ark Hotel are the same place !! Poor location in a very poor area. Noisy. Dogs barking. Cleaners at 7.30am

Chambre confortable qui était équipée d'un lave linge, d'un grand frigo-congélateur, d'un petit balcon et d'une cuisine. Le personnel est adorable et nous a même offert un thé glacé à notre départ pour l'aéroport car nous n'avions pas le temps de prendre le petit déjeuner (il était délicieux ! Encore merci). De plus, il est situé non loin de l'aéroport. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir si nous sommes de passage dans le coin.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was fine and the room was pretty clean. There is a full-size fridge, so maybe better for a longer stay (though the room is pretty small)? Expected a little more for the price, but it was fine and very happy with proximity to Don Mueang Airport.

First room I was in had issues, including a door that didn't always want to open - not what you want in a room with no phone - and a shower drain that was plugged. They switched me out though, so happy with how it was handled despite inconvenience. Room is pretty small - the full size fridge is almost too big for the space tbh. The balcony view wasn't really anything you would want to look at.

Clear, location to airport, price, parking. Helpful staff

Door lock problem, we got locked out of our first room, coded lock didn't work. Staff did get us another room after trying to get the lock to work.

Profesionální a ochotný personál, internet i parkování zdarma. Je to velice blízko letiště, takže to je vhodné ubytování pro ty, co přilétají nebo odlétají z Kambodži. Hotel je čínský, budova je moderní a má více pater s výtahem. K dispozici je balkon, lednice a varná konvice, zdarma káva a čaj. Do centra to je asi 10 km.

Nebylo, co vytknout, snad jen to, že chyběl ceník položek minibaru.

Gute Lage zum Flughafen. Personal sehr freundlich. Relativ ruhig, da in einer Seitenstraße gelegen.

Wifi auf dem Zimmer relativ instabil

A complete unit for long-term stay. Just imagine this. They have 2-doors fridge and a 10 kilogram washing machine IN the room. What else is needed. They even have a cafe just next to the hotel and their staff is friendly.

The hot shower was not consistent. So, expecting sometimes hot and sometimes cold water.
