Lediglich ein paar kleine Anmerkungen möchte ich machen die aber eher als Auskunft für Nachfolger dienen: ich habe leider die Klimaanlage im Flugzeug nicht vertragen und war dann etwas erkältet, als wir dann im Hotel ankamen war zwar alles soweit gut und die Klimaanlage war super, leider hat sie aber direkt übers Bett geblasen und ich musste sie nachts abstellen, da es für mich zu heftig war, dann wurde es natürlich etwas warm im Zimmer.
Die Baustelle ist noch vorhanden, wir hatten direkt daneben ein Zimmer aber wir haben wirklich gar nichts mitbekommen, vielleicht hören andere auch besser als wir :D
gehört haben wir eher eine Nacht vor Abreise einen Streit von 2 Mädels mit wohl Hotelfremden, die sie mit aufs Zimmer genommen haben. Diese waren sehr laut, da kann das Hotel nun aber auch nichts dafür. Allerdings sollte man bei Möglichkeit darauf achten, dass Fremde keinen Zugang zum Hotel erhalten.

The Komu is fairly new from what I understand so everything is exactly as you see it in the pictures. The room was as described and so comfortable. Nice and quiet also. The facilities on the roof and the restaurant perfectly adequate and there were so many close by amenities I would definitely stay again.
My room was quite far by back but this didn't bother me too much as it meant I was away from the loudness of the main street.

Loved everything about The Komu. Chic decor, incredible location close to great restaurants and the beach. Felt so safe and the staff are lovely.

Absolutely loved the staff and rooftop pool. Slightly disappointed with the private pool as it wasn’t the cleanest but the rooftop pool made up for it! Most mornings I had it all to myself !

I loved the staff, their service is top notch, very kind and responsive to our needs - even before we arrived! We had dm-ed them on instagram asking if they had netflix on the tv and they replied spontaneously! A star*!
Our room was on the 5th floor, it was exactly how it was advertised in bookings.com. We heard some party noises at night but it was very soft, dint affect us much. We overall enjoyed our stay at the Komu, location is great and the security guard is very helpful each time we dropped off at the drop off point. Thank you for making our first time in Bali enjoyable <3

The location is fantastic, staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable too.
Room lighting was a little bit dim and I didn’t realise the plunge pool did not get any sunlight.

The comfortable bed and pillow, its not soft that makes my body sink in. The universal wall plug is one of the big thumbs up for me and other international travelers in the future. The staff was amazing and welcoming.
i think the one thing i would like to have improved would be the menu for breakfast and ease for room service(food). I understand its a separate cafe, but if there was printed paper of the menu would save us a lot more time.

New build, friendly capable staff, comfortable and stylish hotel in a good location. Nice bathroom amenities and inclusions in room such as coffee machine.
Room cleaned twice a day if needed.
Pool is on the roof and smaller than what appears in the pictures, shallow therefore warm.
Asked for king bed but assumed as it was two guys got twin beds (happens however when asked for it to be rectified it wasnt).
No mini bar or room service.

The hotel is new and in good condition and the staff are nice and it’s very clean and good location

You need to call front desk to lower the AC
Building E where my room was was so loud because the washing machines are there and I could hear it and my bed was rocking I had to call front desk to stop them.
Also nothing is sound proof you can hear EVERYTHINGGGGG

We had a lovely stay at TheKomu. The room ambience was great. The place had everything we needed for an enjoyable 4 days 3 night stay. It's a nice modern minimalist hotel with a big room and open concept pool. Place was calm and nice. Excellent location, near to Finns & Atlas, but, u might need a scooter to get around conveniently. We felt at peace and ease at TheKomu... I can highly recommend :) Thanks again.
Some facilities were not fully ready yet, as it just did its soft launch last month as what we were told. And some bug (ants, grub, worm) could appear on your flooring at times. Some pest control need to be done. In general we love our stay.

Beautiful new hotel. Architecture, use of materials and interior design were all really well done. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, had a good bed, and a nice bathroom. We booked a pool room, which was cute, but I wouldn't book it again, because the pool was too small and elevated to comfortably use. Great communal rooftop pool with view (and a bar yet to be opened).
Our room was in the basement all the way back in the building. The only way to get there was by walking outside all the way to the back, in the heat (or rain) and past all the workers, security guards and commercial spaces under construction. And then another stairs down into the basement. If you want to go to the pool or anywhere that is the only way to go. Which isn't very comfortable and not really up to par with the rest of the hotel experience. In the parking garage there was one designated parking area for scooters which was pretty far in the back and full, while the rest of the parking was completely empty.
