Quartos antigos, hotel não parece ser seguro, cheiro de maconha nos corredores, estava em família, somente uma noite e senti medo do local.

The room was very big and quiet.

I didn't like anything about this hotel.

The desk employee was missing for 30 minutes, which kept us from checking in, in a timely manner. There was a party on site that was loud and filled with intoxicated loud people that were aggressively talkative and making suggestive comments at the women in our group. Multiple people loitering around the hotel inside and outside at all hours of hte night. Felt so unsafe, we packed all of the luggage by the hotel door. I took pictures of the broken door ways to enter the hotel which meant the hotel was not secure and had vagrants enter willfully. The shower produced brown water and the beds had dirty spots on the sheets and mattress.

The bed felt like something was crawling on me both nights I had to spray something on me and there was bugs in the bathroom and all channels didn’t work

We did not like anything about our stay here.

The hotel is under major construction. There was so much dust it was hard to breathe. The place was filthy and hard to get around the hotel due to construction.

The bed the only thing I liked. Close to my house.

I remember when this hotel used to be Ramada it wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst. This stay this time. There was no soap left in room one towel was in the room when we checked in. If there was free breakfast it wasn’t mentioned to us. The bath tub had a rusted drain. I was told that they were waiting for an order for soap and certain items I believe if that was the case the front desk should let guest know so before they take a shower they can have the things they need basically a heads up. I wouldn’t stay here again unless i had nowhere else to go.

They charged me for the whole night even though I left after 2 hours. Maybe they didn't believe me so if that's the case, they should have charged me for 2 hours or 4 hours but not the whole night!!! I feel so bad! Terrible service and inhuman management! Not recommended.

Our shower didn’t work

Every night and dat I complained about the yv, microwave and refrigerator not working and absolutely nothing was done about it. The Halls has a dirty stitch the sheets were dirty and all the furniture was disgusting. Lastly only 2 plugs worked in the room and there was no ironing board it was the worst hotel experience in my entire 36 yrs of living.

The TV sta d was all s ape up down at the bottom, Fridge was s rape up top. I took pictures and I let the front desk know, a light skin guy. He told me I can change room once it was a check out, but never got back with me. I was there for a funeral. But it was good except that. Rm 612, I use candle for a better smell to be in the room.

The toilet ran consistently. There were not enough soaps, shampoo or conditioner. The fridge looked like it was about to topple over. Had to take our time opening and closing the fridge door.

Gabriel and the lady at the front desk -- TV worked

Bathroom light did not work ---- plugs on the lamp to charge my phone did not work ---- could not see any sings that would show the Hotel name at all ----- tried calling the front desk and Gabriel and another very nice lady (maybe the MGR ( older age like me ( 45 to 55 y/o) were able to see for themselves that the Front desk phone was not ringing at all --- so no one could help me get to the hotel ----------Ice machines ( most did not work ) had to go floor to floor to find one that worked after a long day of many hours of travel --------Horrible horrible stay ---- This would have never happened if it was a Ramada Inn like it used to be -----owners need to be aware that $ 85 per night -----deserves better ------there is more to list but too much to list !!!

Esta muy bien el hotel tranquilo y limpio me gusto mucho , la habitación olía muy bien la alfombra muy buena , tiene agua caliente , y espejos grandes! Buena iluminación y vista bonita , la ubicación es excelente , el personal la mayoría habla sólo inglés!
