The house was beautifully done and smelled brand new!! Was amazed at the extras that were provided and the overall feel of the house and property was very homey. We are already planning our trip back so that we can enjoy the lake and the toys provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this house with our 4 and 6 year old. Everything in the house was immaculate. We've never felt so at home in a rental as we did here. The location is great with easy access to restaurants and the other Lake Norman towns. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a lake getaway!

Our family recently stayed at this newly remodeled Lake Norman home, and it exceeded our expectations. The property was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring our experience was top-notch. The highlight was the stunning lake view and the availability of kayaks, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. It truly was a memorable getaway, and we can't wait to return.

From the moment we arrived we knew we found a slice of heaven. We are a group if 6 friends that travel together, fall and spring. It takes us a bit of time to find a house with all of our requirements, how many bathrooms, how far to the dock or beach? Can the guys fish? Is the kitchen big enough, is it an open floor plan home? You know, trying to get it all perfect. This house met and exceeded the description as well as all of our “must haves”The host was beyond gracious when we inquired about reservations and worked well with us to come to the perfect agreement. Now on to the warm and welcoming home. The entire house has been renovated and the owners knocked it out of the park. Think a Southern Living home but comfortable. We were greeted with just about anything you can think of that you might need or forgot. The kitchen is stocked well and the welcome snacks were perfect to nibble on as we settled in. Everybody raved about their beds and the bathrooms were the extra cherry in top, THE best smelling shampoo, conditioner and body wash were just delightful. The fire-pit on the beach was where we all gathered to unwind and to star gaze and they had wood and fire-starters!!I wish we were brave enough to kayak as there are two to use, maybe in warmer weather. I could go on and on but you just need to go ahead and BOOK THIS PLACE…you will not be sorry

We absolutely loved staying at Langtree Lakeside Cottage! The house is beautiful and it’s on a nice quiet street. It has just been renovated and everything is new and beautifully furnished and decorated! The hosts thought of everything and are so easy to communicate with! All the rooms are open and bright, with lots of windows to see the gorgeous lake views. We got together with family and had a blast using all the kayaks and paddle boards. We also are big game players in our family, so we were happy to see such a great assortment of games! The dock and the huge lakeside patio were so fantastic. We had our dinners on the deck and spent the cooler evenings around the fire on the lakeside beach…can’t get any better than that! Definitely the best rental we have had and we will be back!!
