Egrets Rest was the perfect property for our stay on St. John. My wife and I rented a jeep and had a convenient parking spot. This property had amazing view of Cruz Bay from the patio since it’s along the street and up on the 3rd floor. We were a short walk to any restaurant.
Susan the owner/manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth easy and enjoyable. Her communication was great- easy to reach and willing to help with whatever we needed. In addition the amenities she made available to us exceeded all our expectations. My wife and I had everything we needed and more.
We definitely look forward to another chance to stay at this property in a future visit to St John.

We throughly enjoyed our stay, this place was just like the photos and all resort staff were very eager to assist. Worked with the manager and owner to extend some extra days which went flawlessly. This one will stay on our favorites list for future planning needs.

We stayed at Egret’s Rest for a week. The condo is much larger in person than it appears on pictures. It has everything you would need to include coolers, kitchenware, and a washer/dryer. The location was perfect and just a quick walk to downtown Cruz Bay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every night with the great view of Cruz Bay.
One great thing about the property is that the resort has a generator. While we were there, St. John experienced multiple power outages, sometimes for 12+ hours. Outside of certain local businesses and restaurants being closed, we ultimately weren’t affected by the power being out and were able to continue enjoying the A/C.
Communication with Lisa (property manager) was great! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

We had a great time at Egret's Rest in the Grande Bay Resort! It was a pleasure to meet Lisa upon our arrival. Condo was very well appointed with everything we needed and many things we didn't. We loved the views of Cruz Bay and were even greeted with a rainbow a few times. The location is perfect. We brought a car on the ferry from St. John and loved the location of the parking stall. We are hoping to return very soon and stay longer!

Patio Paradise 360.. condo accommodations were perfect for us! Walk outside condo and you are in town. Parking is primo. Don’t pass on this vacation rental!

Perfect spot for our needs following 7 days on a boat. We wanted to try walking distance of Cruz Bay and were not disappointed. Comfy well appointed space with private parking for our 4-door Jeep. Easy booking and checkin/out. Everything you need!

We have stayed at Grande Bay many times. This condo is conveniently located in one of the front buildings so it is easier to get to. The views are nice and the condo is in good shape. There may be a few minor changes we would make, but overall we enjoyed the condo.

We’ve traveled to St. John many times and try to stay at Grande Bay whenever we can. Can’t beat the location. Egrets Rest is a gem! Spacious, clean, incredible patio. Tracey is knowledgeable, helpful, and so easy to work with. Was prompt and professional with our inquiries. Can’t wait to get back there again soon!

We loved the convenience of staying in Cruz Bay and the condo fit our needs perfectly! We have 2 teens that even shared the pullout couch without much fuss. We were so busy that we didn’t spend much time there, but it was so nice to end with an evening swim at the pool and watch the sunset. Tracy was wonderful to work with and was always quick to respond to questions I had about the area. I would rent from her again and again and again! She recommended a company to provision (pick up groceries) and it worked out perfectly. We loved St John… beautiful beaches, easy to get around, and great food!

A quiet week spent at Egret’s Rest. What a wonderful place. Very up to date and comfortable. Tracy was very patient and helpful as we navigated the current travel and vacation restrictions. I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again. It is very convenient to all Cruz Bay has to offer as well as the rest of St John. Easy checkout when the sad day of departure arrives.
Thank you Tracy and I hope I may have the pleasure of sharing Grande Bay again in the near future.

We stayed at Egret’s Rest and had a wonderful time. The condo is located downtown Crus Bay. Tracy does a great job with stocking it well. Very clean and even has coolers and beach items.

Property was very well stocked, clean, in good condition, and conveniently located. We had a wonderful time there. Appreciated having assigned parking space. Also appreciated having access to coolers, beach chairs, swim noodles, plastic containers for packing lunches, and anti-fog drops for goggles.
