There was nobody at the desk but a kiosk check-in. It wasn’t bad having a kiosk check in virtually but when he asked me for a deposit or $100 cash deposit before entering the room, I was a little bit concerned, considering that I already booked it on Booking.com. The room was dirty. The floor was dirty. There was hair. It doesn’t appear that the room was clean before we arrived. We reached out to the 24 hour. Customer service desk with no reply and no way to get more soap given that there are two people staying in the room or Wi-Fi password they just simply did not answer the phone at all. We could not get a callback. Was toast and jelly. It was very minimal and it appeared that there is a family that owns the place that is staying in the that seems to use the motel as if it’s their living room and their gathering place, it was uncomfortable. Also, when I booked the room it was supposed to be for $78.55. I was charged on my credit card $100. I would like an in my entire refund for this room. It was horrible. It was disgusting. It was dirty. It was nasty and I have photos to prove it. I was supposed to get an email so that I could send you a screenshot of what I originally paid which was $78.55 but when I received the email they told me the email is no longer working and I could reach out to the customer service desk. I did not book with Booking.com again because of this situation I hope it gets resolved because I will be persistent in this matter. Thank you.

I liked the price.

Dirty bathroom sink, walls, tub, and bed was blown out. Saggy bed made for poor rest. Breakfast was stingy portions, cold only, and nor enough to go around.

Chipped furniture and floor, no closet or hooks to hang coats or towels

The cleanliness, the quietness, and the friendliness of the staff. I wasn’t sure what to expect looking at the outside of the unassuming building, boy did this place surprise us. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Extended our stay for an additional day.

Good location; I really enjoyed the King Bed and had a dog; so we were very fortunate to find a Hotel/ Motel that excepts Dog’s., Also the room was very; very clean.,?
