Beautiful motel, all new Friendly employees

Staff was super friendly, especially Ed. Room was clean and comfortable which was much appreciated after a 9+ hour trip to our destination.

Clean comfortable well furnished room. Good buffet breakfast included. Avoid the taxis at the station or get a price first - we learned too late that they rip you off. We were charged $27 for the 10 minute drive to the Hyatt. Best to use cdta Flex bus , it’s $3 per person.

Our stay here was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent, lots of options. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It had a fridge and coffee maker the only thing missing was a microwave, but other than that we enjoyed it. We walked to Washington park and then from there we walked to the museum and other attractions. The next time we stay we would figure out the bus as it goes to the mall.

The room was fairly clean the staff was very friendly and helpful but parking really sucks around that area so i was greatly i was out there for the weekend.

Hotel is super nice, but they have no parking and you have to pay to use the lot next door or the parking garage across the street. Cost us $40 for 2 days to park there. It is also only a few blocks away from the bad parts of Albany which we didn’t realize until we got there.

My stay was great

The rooms are comfortable, and an excellent breakfast buffet is offered. It is nice to have a filling station for a water bottle in the Lobby. Parking is available in the public parking garage next door, which is extremely convenient for EV owners like myself. An Evolve DC charging station with four chargers is located in the garage.

Overall a nice hotel

Thr hotel was well maintained and the hot breakfast daily was a huge plus. I will definitely stay here again during future trips.

The hotel is updated, clean and efficient. The staff is professional and attentive. The bed was comfortable and room modern.

There is no parking lot attached to hotel. They closed the half block adjacent to it and I asked the staff if that was hoing to be a parking lot. They said that they thought they were building shops. So who knows? Pulled up on a Friday at 4pm and had an hour begore the street spots were free of metered charge. It is free on weekends too. But this is a neighborhood that is trying to revitalize and is still sketchy. There was a homeless guy in back of hotel for example. So I payed to park in a garage a short walk away and paid $18. There is a skyline walk behind it which is cool. We only had time to check out a short portion. Like their own little highline by the hudson. Not a soul on it though. Also good location if you like breweries. Shout out to Fiden's which might be the best in NY right now. That's a few short blocks away. It is next to a little diner serving ramen that was unbelievably good. Common Roots brewery opened a taproom right next to hotel too. Perhaps best of all the Capital Repertory theatre is a sort walk. We saw an awesome performance of Beautiful there. Otherwise hotel is fine and the included breakfast was a notch above the usual.

Beautiful and new hotel - very large rooms and very comfortable beds. Amazing free breakfast. 100% recommended!

Great

Hot breakfast was good. What they didn't disclose is hotel has no parking of their own. There is a parking lot and its $8 / day for parking. Room sizes are a bit smaller than regular hyatt places and there is no microwave. I have stayed in other Hyatt place and they always had microwave. Also major freeways are so nearby that you can hear vehicle sounds in the night!!

Hotel is new. Good service. Could be better if parking was available.

There. Was no parking I was told to Look for a metered spot which I did. It’s in a dicey area I got a letter opener stuck and broke off in my brand new tire.

Everything is new and modern. Our room was extremely comfortable and well designed.

Stayed here as a stopover for one night. Was extremely impressed with how clean everything was. Even the tv remote didn’t have a speck of dust on it. The customer service was noticeably pleasant. Breakfast was decent. I did wish there was an adult cereal option as opposed to the corn flakes and sugary kid option, but did love that the hot foot was served in le creuset. Overall extremely happy with this hotel.

Not horrible. Luckily the paid parking was only 8 dollars per day, but it was public parking.

Clean, very comfortable room. If there is hand held shower as well as overhead shower head like they have in Europe would be better.

Beautiful hotel,very clean, very modern great downtown location, right off the highway. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. We where also very impressed with Albany very clean and friendly city

I asked for my room to be clean the last stay nobody came to clean it and well the food option for lunch and dinner aren’t bad but not the beat
