This apartment is the one that I can highly recommend! It is huge (3 separate bedrooms and a huge living room, very well equipped- we really found everything we needed. Sophie is a very nice host, she was always there for us, and also prepared a guide to Limassol as well as some welcome gifts! The parking is available right downstairs! And even beach equipment was there for use!

I don’t have anything to mention here! The only small thing is location: it is rather near the beach (7 min walk, and the beach is good!), but not in the lively city center - meaning, you only find smaller shops and not so much restaurants in the nearest area. But you’ll find it all 15 min walk, so I’m not sure this is a disadvantage!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience I had while staying at this rental property. The accommodation was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent, offering convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions. Moreover, the hospitality extended by the owner was truly exceptional, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a delightful and memorable stay.

Excellent location, spacious and we had everything we needed

Everything was great

It’s a very big, nice, clean and comfy apartment, with a super nice and helpful owner. We stayed here a week with 6 of colleagues for work and sightseeing as well. The apartment has it’s own parking place under the house. You can self check- in any time of the day what was really nice because we arrived night time. The flat is on the 3th floor but there is a lift. The kitchen is very big, nicely equipped with everything you could need. Very big and comfortable living room with dining tables, big terrace from where you can see the sea a bit between houses. Beds are comfortable, in every room there is a shutter and AC and heating also. 2 bathroom is nice and clean as the whole flat. You can find washing and drying maschine as well. The apartment has wifi and Netflix as well. Area is also fine, just a walk distance you can find supermarket, bar, restaurant and beach. The only thing you should watch out for is the google maps will bring you to this street other part, the house is located almost the corner of Kithiron and Pavlou Karaouidi streets (one house back from corner)
