We celebrated my 60th Birthday with family and close friends. The accommodations were perfect for our gathering. All of our guest were impressed with the house and its amenity’s. So much so we’ve talked about making it an annual event!

Great place for our family of 23 to spend the week with enough space and activities for all ages. Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook and host a chef.

We had the house at full capacity and had a wonderful time. It was clean and beautiful. Couldn’t ask for anything more. It even had a stroller and pack&play. Only thing we noticed was that the recliners in the basement tv area do not plug into anything so they did not recline. (Unless maybe we missed something??)

Our family of 11 adults and 5 children enjoyed a week long stay at the house over 4th of July. The house was beautiful and, more importantly, very clean. Comfort is important on a vacation and this place had a lot to offer – the beds were amazing, the kitchen and balcony chairs were incredibly comfortable and the recliners and couches were perfect places to relax. The hot tub, ping pong table and arcade games kept the family entertained along with the table games. The kitchen is well stocked with 2 of almost everything and the owner even gets you started with paper towels, soap and garbage bags. The bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, shampoo and body wash which is a plus. She thought of most things one would need on vacation. The complex is wonderful, safe and people were friendly. The outdoor pool is a good size and kept us entertained – again, it’s very safe, gated with a code. As for surrounding area, the drive to Branson is very quick and easy. There is little available in the town of Kimberling – the meat in the grocery store over the bridge is awesome! Loved people at Duckies. As for restaurants, there are only a couple in the area. We were able to get a delivery from Target but DoorDash/Instacart were not available. Pizza delivery is only until 8pm. The lake is beautiful – not a party atmosphere – but was the highlight of our trip. Rented a boat at Kimberling Marina - look up Captain Jake. Yvonne was patient with our questions and a good communicator. Thanks

House was gorgeous just what we were looking for!!! We had a huge family 20+ people and there was more then enough space!! Each family had there very own room and bathroom! Each room was the size of a standard hotel room soo the space was soo nice!! The beds were very comfortable and the house was equipped with everything you could ever need!! The kitchen and gathering areas were soo big and spacious! The view was absolutely gorgeous!!! We had breakfast everyday out on the balcony and just enjoyed the view! The kids had a blast! The littles were very sad to leave all they kept saying is they missed the Branson house! We made sooo many awesome and unforgettable memories! We 100 percent recommend this place we will be staying here from now on when we visit Branson! Thank you soo much for letting us stay here! You were an awesome host!!!

it is a very nice place

This was everything we needed and more. There was lots of space for everyone. It was such a treat for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. It was such a nice set up for our family gathering as well. We always like to do our own cooking when we are together - having 2 stoves, 2 microwaves and a large island - made everything so convenient for that. There was ample seating for everyone as well, between the large table and island seating. The younger adults really enjoyed the pool table. The private hot tub was enjoyed by everyone. The views-both daytime and nighttime- were amazing! The weather was absolutely gorgeous while we were there, so we spent lots of time on the large deck as well. Our family also spent some time in Branson and Springfield since they were both very close and each had lots of activities for everyone. I/We were very pleased with your rental. This gathering is one of our annual get together's, and this rental is one of our favorites by far. We would definitely stay here again. If I were to give any suggestions: it would be that maybe a baby-gate or two would be helpful for those with toddlers that are just learning to walk since there are several stairs.
