Our stay at this property was fantastic. We were visiting Duluth for the first time to watch our daughter get engaged. Our accommodations were both cozy and perfectly clean. This place has everything and more and we almost hated leaving. Thanks to Susan for making it a very smooth process.. We would definitely stay here again

We had the best time in Duluth and the area, and our suite was perfect. Communicating with the owner was so easy and she was above and beyond accommodating. We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends and family

This is a top-notch property. Clean, new finishes, spacious and classy. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was luxurious and sparkling clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and although we didn't use them, the washer and dryer was a nice amenity. Very quiet neighborhood right off Grand Avenue, so an easy drive or walk to anything we needed. We will definitely stay again, as we travel to Duluth frequently. An overall great stay at a reasonable price.

This was our first stay at a VRBO and it was nothing but AMAZING! The video and email for check-in were perfect and so helpful. The entire apartment was so clean and there were great kitchen tools for use. The hospitality was obvious with the snacks that were there, the laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion!

The property was beautiful, we were so pleased and impressed by it! Such a clean unit and very well decorated/designed. Just the little touches made it so awesome - k cups for coffee, cooking utensils, bath/body soaps, dishwasher/laundry detergent, and snacks! Location was 15 minutes or so from canal park. The host was very kind and very attentive/responsive! The only real “issue” we had was it seemed house cleaning came before check out time, by about 30-45 minutes or so..

We enjoyed our first VRBO rental. The apartment was perfect. I noticed all the little touches she added. It was so homey. Would definitely stay there again. We brought bikes and the front entry was perfect to keep them secure at night

My daughter and I stayed here for a dance competition and it was Perfect! Everything from
Booking, getting quick response, and even being better in person made this stay easy and quick. This is the perfect 1 bedroom apartment that has everything you need. So very clean and cozy. I’m now trying to plan another trip to Duluth just so we can stay here again!

Immaculately clean place. Very thoughtful amenities. Super comfy bed. Great communication beforehand with helpful tips and visual aids that made everything easy. Everything seemed high quality and well thought out. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the Luxe Suites. The location is somewhere where you wouldn’t think to find a vacation rental but it was easily accessible and still close to all of the things we had planned for the weekend. The hosts provided lots of information with check in, expectations, and nearby restaurants to check out. We would definitely stay here again!!

What a beautiful apartment that was close to everything we wanted to do. Susan was very helpful and responsive when I had trouble with the door lock and even offered an extra cot when she saw we had our 2 children with us. It was a great stay and perfectly furnished with everything we needed!

This property was perfect for our weekend in Duluth. The location is easy to get to and next to a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was beautiful done and very cozy. The kitchen had the essentials and the bathroom had everything you needed for soap, etc. The host was easy to contact and replied quickly to a question. We would definitely stay here again!

First time at this unit, first time in this area of Duluth. Not gonna lie, first impressions of the neighborhood were not the greatest ever. But the unit is amazing! Clean, well decorated, well cared for. Above average compared to other VRBOs we’ve been to. And a very short drive to the heart of Lincoln Park, which offers a variety of good options for food/drink. Will definitely stay again, and would definitely recommend to others.
