Beautifully updated home with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. One bedroom downstairs was not the most comfortable bed. It had cardboard between the mattress and box springs. Not sure why. Beds upstairs were much more comfortable. Great blinds in all the rooms. We felt very secure in the neighborhood. The home was close to the historic downtown area. The bathrooms were nice. Everything was very clean. We would stay here again when coming back to St. Charles.

Rented this home for our daughter’s wedding for us and family. This property is in a great neighborhood, very quiet, close to all amenities and in very nice condition. Would definitely rent again.

Lovely house - great location. Property manager was very responsive and courteous. We go few times a year (A group of 4) on girls weekends. It is not easy to find places with 4 bedrooms. This house was perfect for us.

We stayed with 3 families for our girls dance competition it was a great location and very clean. The beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed. We would for sure stay again if we came back in town for this competition next season!

This was our second stay at this location. Perfect for visiting our sons spring Football Game at LU. Clean, quite, two full bathrooms with plenty of hot water! Look forward to staying again!

The space was exactly as it looks on VRBO. It was spacious and beautiful decorated. It was the perfect distance from Main Street and we could walk around the neighborhood.

Our stay was mostly okay. But, the downstairs bathroom sink was clogged from the minute we walked in the door and was never fixed. So, down one of two sinks. Upstairs shower had very slow drain, in fact had to cut my shower short because I thought it was going to overflow the edge and flood the upstairs bathroom. This was not fixed either. I believe both of these issues had to be known before our stay as the cleaners could not have cleaned a sink that didn’t drain at all. Not much care or sympathy from Rachel. Won’t be staying there again. But, it was clean and looked as advertised. Bedside tables and lamps in king size bedroom were very tiny and way too low for the bed and lamps were tiny. Could have used more pillows than the two given, but overall the plumbing issues were the main problem.

Perfect location for shopping down on main street. Quiet, well kept neighborhood. House is very cute, clean and modern. Beds are super comfortable. Easy check out instructions. Thank you!

Easy location to find. In a quiet neighborhood but so very close to anything you need. The house was immaculate! There was everything we needed for our short overnight stay. We had 7 ladies in our group so this house accommodated us perfectly. It was great to have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Plan to stay here again!
