die Lage ist perfekt, nicht allzu laut. Habe unerwartet ein Upgrade bekommen und statt dem 4 Bett Dorm ein Einzelzimmer bekommen. Das Hostel ist sehr familiär, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und wird herzlich aufgenommen. Zimmer sehr modern, sowie die Badezimmer. Die Poolanlage auch total gemütlich. Schade dass es nur zwei Nächte warn. Des nächste Mal komme ich wieder hierher

We had a bad experience with one of the Staff a Man called Nick first day of our stay he accused us of stealing his phone while we were not even sitting on the same spot and the next day he broke our drinks said we occupying so much space while we are one room didn’t even apologise we were a group 6 people . Later he came to our table looking for his card which has money he said 😂 and never bothered to say he found it . It was the worst experience ever never experienced such racism in my life it was awful . You can just say you don’t want Black people than to treat them like dirt. We paid full amount no discount we didn’t deserve that.

Great breakfast Beautiful facility. It literally feels like hope. Although I was the only female in a mixed dometry sharing 4 men I actually felt safe. That place was homely. I'm always gonna go back. It is close to the beach and other amenities

Unbequemes Bett, sehr hellhörig, Personal kam mehrfach unangekündigt und ohne zu klopfen ins Zimmer um Dusche zu reparieren (die gut funktioniert hat?)

The staff was very friendly, when I asked for bathroom mats shame they had to come up with a story.. To cover up but they were amazing

There’s toilets are shared, no private bathroom in your bedroom. The breakfast is a joke, 1 Boiled Egg, Bread with Jam and peanut butter. They use the free breakfast option to attract customers and there nothing like breakfast there! The Ironing board is broken 😡 only one to share with a million people that are booked in there! There was a party one night and everyone was drunk 🥴 and rowdy including the people that run the place! So we couldn’t sleep that night cause people were having a big party! No mats in the bedrooms and in the bathrooms.. I honestly didn’t like the entire arrangement! Booked 2 bedrooms thinking they had their own private bathroom 🚽. Absolutely exquisite pristine. Clean modern chic style black and white with fresh soft linen great power source for phone and laptop. Kitchen is best I’ve ever used in my 3 years as a booking app genius level 3 user. Modern vintage appliances and gas cooker with free coffee tea sugar salt pepper and oil! Best in Cape Town and very friendly helpful staff! Highly recommended to any one who sure to be hearing about WONDERLUX IN SEA POINT! Wunderlux was a joy! I met so many amazing people, loved how warm & friendly the staff were, and was really made to feel like I was at home. It’s lovely for solo travelers or for small families.

The place is overall very clean and modern and I slept in a four bed room and the beds were so comfy and clean with charging points very close to the bed. Lots of sitting places if you want to be social or private and facilities are ample for everyone. Enjoyed the pool on hot lazy days and the cherry on top was the free breakfast which help to get the day started.

The check out, wish I could stay longer :)

The hostel is one of the best, I have ever been to!! The stay was very nice and the stuff extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Luis was very kind and helped me with everything!!

Excellent place with great staff and an all round great environment. Location was safe and superb in the heart of sea point. Walking distance from many bars and restaurants.

Small bins and towels can be provided in rooms.

Showers where clean, the beds too

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants you name it. Well decorated and clean. Well equipped kitchen.

Still very new so a few issues here and there, but overall a good stay.
