Great location close to local amenities

The Main living space was very modern and practical. The location is fantastic.

TV and wifi did not work. The bathroom needs updating and there was lots of mould on the grout/sealant. There were lots of cobwebs and spiders in and around the rooms.

Close to the shops and restaurants

This apartment needs a make over. It was dirty and the kitchen sink and tea towel stank. The toilet was dirty. The TV which was awkwardly placed did not work and I question why it was even there and not sure where you have to stand to watch it. No wine glasses and limited cutlery. We were really disappointed with our stay.

Modern and clean and large bathroom and comfortable lounge/sleeping area. Great location and would book again on our next visit to Ambleside. Would highly recommend

The bed was comfortable.

The Decor is awful , very outdated . The oven did not work , the food was wasted. The shower stopped working, and the door to our apartment did not close . We had to call maintenance, this really spoilt the holiday. Yes they did help , and did resolve the issues, yet it was a awful experience. I would never go self catering again They did offer a complimentary drink and a breakfast the next day, at their other hotel . I believe compensation would have been better than offering something that did not really cost them anything. Overall very disappointed experience and could not wait to leave the apartment

The space and location are great. It was a treat to have a little living room with huge tv and Netflix within the apartment. The beds were really comfy and the shower room was spacious with a fab mirror!

Could have done with a dust pan and brush near the entrance so that we could have swept up from our muddy boots (only an issue as you have to walk through this bit to get to the bathroom.

Upstairs nosey neighbours. Thin floor boards. Nothing to be done physically though
