Traditionell eingerichtetes Cottage mit WLAN auf dem westlichen Weg am Fuße des Maum Turk-Gebirges mit spektakulärem Blick auf die zwölf Bens und den Lough Inagh. Im Herzen von Connemara gelegen, ist dies der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die westliche Region. Der Connemara National Park und die Kylemore Abbey sind nur zwei der berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe des Cottages. Zu den örtlichen Annehmlichkeiten zählen Bergsteigen, Bergwandern, Golfen, Reiten, Angeln, Segeln, Tauchen, spektakuläre Strände und das Killary Adventure Center.
Cottage ist möbliert und zu einem hohen Standard ausgestattet. Küche / Essbereich mit offenem Kamin, zwei Schlafzimmer, eines davon en-suite, sowie ein separates Bad, Ölzentralheizung im gesamten Gebäude.
Das Cottage wurde speziell mit einem vollständig gefliesten Trockenraum entworfen, in dem Sie Ihre Wanderausrüstung abspritzen und trocknen können.
Von den Gästen als "eine Oase der Bergwanderer, ein Radfahrertraum und ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in einer hervorragenden Lage" beschrieben.
Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein echtes Zuhause in der Ferne.
Alle Mietpreise beinhalten Bettwäsche, Handtücher und WLAN.
Treibstoffkosten, Öl und Strom werden extra berechnet. Beide werden bei Ankunft und bei Abreise am Zähler abgelesen.

An amazing property, immaculately clean with absolutely everything you would need for a fully self catering holiday. A delightful place to holiday both as a base and for cosy, relaxing comfort on the 2 rainy days we were there. Spectacular views from the cottage inviting you to walk the western way. Couldn't have wished for a better home from home. Thanks very much Dolores for your excellent communication with us, your obvious care and attention to detail in the cottage and for providing such a wonderful holiday home.

One of the most beautiful places I know in Ireland. Original and authentic. I love the surroundings, the silence, the quietly crackling fire in the fireplace. Being there always means coming home a little bit. I am always very pleased when this house is available. And it wasn't the last time we were there either. Thank you Dolores.

What a cute and cozy home with the most astounding views and don't forget to walk along the road where you will see friendly horses and many sheep grazing about. Plenty of great things to do in nearby towns and I highly recommend visiting Klyemore Abbey. We just Loved it!

We loved the location of the cottage. So peaceful and quiet yet very central for visiting all of Connemara. Well equipped with satellite TV and good WiFi. Dolores was efficient and friendly.

Our second time here,we really enjoyed it .Such a majestic area,the cottage is fantastic,clean and tidy, everything in order.
The drying room is a real advantage if you are a walker.
So lovely just to be able to watch the changing scene of the mountains, constantly different during any part of the day.
We would love to come back one day.

As others have said, the pictures don’t do this place justice. The setting is supremely beautiful, it has all of the amenities you need, and Dolores is a wonderful host. We stayed 3 nights but I would come back and stay a week. Many things to do are within a 30 to 60 minute drive, but you don’t need to drive anywhere at all: there is a great walking trail just down the lane. Hope to come back someday!

Me and my family stayed in this beautiful and peaceful cottage for 4 days... the place was very clean, organised and warm. The host was Adorable. Was raining most of the time but we still enjoy the beautiful views of Mountain, Lake and lost of sheep 🐑 🙂😀. Thank you Dolores.

Loved my stay at this cottage, it was clean, loved the decor and the landlady is lovely. Although I stayed alone, I was happy, exploring what Ireland had to offer, visited loads of places, the warmth of the fireplace always welcoming me back to the cottage. We had a lovely quite week with the smell of peat burning and a few drinks in the evening. The weather was a bit patchy, but it was May.
Dolores made check in and out very easy.
Lovely quite spot with mountains around. Sheep around us and even a cuckoo at times.

Peaceful cottage
We had the nicest stay at this lovely cottage in beautiful, wild surroundings. The setting felt peacefully remote and yet was very close to many amazing sites and landscapes. The cottage was comfortable and clean. The host was so kind and helpful. We really hope to be back!

This cottage was the perfect location to find peace and quiet and be surrounded by beautiful landscapes, hiking trails and endless amounts of sheep. Dolores was the perfect host! Her amazing hospitality and helpfulness, made our stay super lovely. We definitely plan on coming back in the future.

Amazing place to stay in the heart of Connemara. The cottage had everything you could need, comfortable, well appointed, well equipped, spotless and so cute. Location-outstanding. Very close to all attractions and places. Very highly rreccomended And what was So important to us pet friendly place which are not very easy to find in Ireland. Dolores was very nice, pleasure to deal with and helpfull. We Will be back.

Perfect cottage in Perfect location
Fantastic cottage in the heart of Connemara stayed one week with kids. The cottage had everything you could need we all loved it especially the cosy fire at night and listening to the sheep in the morning. The scenery around the cottage is breathtaking. Dolores was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking to discover Connemara.
