During our 3 night stay, everything was perfect. We are strangers to Boston but we trusted the reviews to book this place. Everything was as stated, if not better. The location is perfect, it is 3-5 minutes away from the Red Line by walking (LIFE SAVER). You can literally go anywhere easily.
Yet what surprised us the most was Dan’s professionalism. Everything in the room was very clean. The bedsheets were clearly washed and smelled nice. Dan had left us a bottle of water and a little snack.
The bathroom was very clean and nicely decorated. Keep in mind you will be sharing it with 3 other rooms (which is honestly okay).
Dan provided free amenities like Keurig coffee, milk, bread. There were notes everywhere. There are CCTV cameras at common places, which honestly made us feel a lot of safer about the safety of us and our belongings.
We are from Turkiye and would like to thank Dan for everything. We will definitely stay here if we are ever in Boston again.
This is very minor but it could be nice (and wouldn’t cost much) to have mirrors in the room as well. In the Dorchester property, there is a mirror in the entrance of the 2nd floor and the bathroom.

Ca. 30 min per Bahn vom Zentrum entfernt.
Das Zimmer für 3 Personen war sehr klein und die Kommunikation mit dem Host vor der Anreise eher schlecht, da meine Fragen nicht beantwortet wurden.

I would prefer 3 pillows and they supply 2 pillows. If that's all I have to complain about I have no complaints😂

L'emplacement était très bien
Le futon pour la troisième personne n'était pas très confortable, il s'agissait de deux petites parties séparées qui glissaient constamment. Ce n'est d'ailleurs pas très pratique pour une personne un peu grande.

There was food for guests in the kitchen. Bathroom and toilet looked quite nice. Kitchen with good equipment.
The windows in the room were broken, wind was blowing inside and the room temperature was low. Heating system worked very poorly. Shower didn’t work at all (the curtain was laying on the floor) which made me take a bath in the bathtub - it wasn’t a pleasant experience due the fact it looked like nobody cleaned it for a long time, so I had to clean it first. Generally the place wasn’t clean at all.

Ottima comunicazione con propietario Dan, sempre gentile e disponibile! Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro città a piedi(un paio di km) o con la metropolitana linea Rossa (Broadway) a meno di 1 km. Fermata del bus per il centro a pochi minuti a piedi. L'appartamento ha camere grandi, confortevoli(armadio, divano, scrivania televisore) . Riscaldamento, acqua calda e Wi-Fi perfettamente funzionanti! Area comune con cucina super attrezzata! Bagno in comune ampio e sempre pulito! Pulizia dell'appartamento impeccabile!
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

Cleanliness, promote service, relative quietness, and other guests seem to follow the rules as well. The host was working very hard to keep the property clean and did his best to try to meet the guest's need.
The host was hitting on me the last day of my stay, which ruined my entire vacation. I wanted to connect to him professionally through LinkedIn, because he seemed to be sensible and hard working person, but I was mistaken. He got angry at me for refusing his advances saying that such professional connection doesn't mean anything. That was very unprofessional and lacking the integrity.

Todo! El lugar es muy cómodo, limpio y de fácil acceso. Está a sólo minutos caminando del metro y el barrio es un barrio tradicional de Boston, muy lindo y con cosas por hacer. Además Dan es muy amable y receptivo a tus necesidades. Lo recomiendo 1000000%.

Was exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished- everything one would want in a hotel with ample outlets for charging, and large closets for your things. I was very impressed and will likely stay again soon.
N/A There really was nothing that I didn't like. The location to the JFK stop on the red line could not be any closer. 12 ft ceilings. Just a really great experience all around. Is a real diamond in the rough.
