The standard that was given was very high from the time we arrived to when we left. The staff were very friendly and supportive with any of our needs and shared ideas of what was available near and around Sandbar ❤️❤️

Amazing apartment! Incredible view from the room looking up the coast towards Surfers. I loved the beautiful styling and the apartment was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms! The kitchen was well set up with everything we needed including a washer and dryer. The room was spotless and clean and the beds were very comfortable! We would stay here again. It's close to the beach and driving distance to many other attractions in the area.

Everything was perfect but the pool was very cold!

The road works on the Gold Coast Highway makes it tricky to access.

The Location was perfect, the north facing views from the room was amazing, we stayed on the 17th floor and could see the beach across to the mountains.

The key system was a little confusing for the reception door and garage doors, and some signs in the undercover parking could have helped navigate the initial parking directions.

The location was superb, short walk to Burleigh beach! The room has excellent view and very spacious. The receptionist was very friendly. They have a very big sitting area around the pool side. Would recommend this place with kids!

Bed was a little hard and someone kept parking in our space but nothing the property could control.

Great location, perfect floor plan for a family of 4 adults. Walking distance to a great surf club for dinner and Cafe for breakfast. Unit itself was brand new, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable beds.

Brand new spacious apartment located close to the beach and walking distance to cafes and burleigh heads. The apartment has everything needed to feel like home.

For a new complex the gym could be a lot better

The pool wasn’t amazing, just a small lap pool.

The location was great. The unit was well set out and ample room. The view was beautiful. Nice and quiet. The Australian mature aged lady on reception was friendly and helpful.

The younger lady, with an accent, on reception was rude and refused to book us in as the booking was in my husbands name, as he made the booking, and she said we couldn't check in until my husband (who was 2 hours away) came with ID. Thankfully the mature aged lady (possibly called Judy) saved the day and said there wasn't an issue. The room was incredibly hot and even after checking and rechecking the air con control panel, it still showed it was 30 degrees inside. After a few hours of no success, we went to reception and asked if there was something we weren't doing for the air con to not work and they just said open the doors (which we had already done). We ended up having to go and purchase a fan for each bedroom so we could at least sleep. Very disappointing as we had booked ourselves a night away and paid a lot of money to enjoy an air conditioned unit, as we don't have this luxury at home. What a massive disappointment! We will never stay here again.

Coming from Western Queensland it was just great to have a nice place and staff were great as well

This is my issue I’m just used to staying in a bigger unit and there was nothing available but in the end we got used to it it was just great to be there

The location was great, being so close to the beach and plenty of facilities within walking distance. The apartment was new and very clean.

In January 2024, our family (2 adults and 2 children) stayed in apartment 28, which is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. It had million dollar views but was equipped with budget inclusions. The kitchen was equipped with only one cheap pot and one electric frying pan. We couldn't even cook pasta. The utensils were plastic Kmart brand, and the knives and scissors felt like they were about to break whilst cutting. In fact, all the plates and cups looked like they were from Kmart. The main bed was small (double), and the pillows were horrible. They had the double bed in the smaller bedroom as it had the ocean views, which meant it was east facing. The windows did not have block-out blinds, so the room copped the morning sun and heated up like a sauna, even with the air-conditioning on.

For the price of the stay I felt that the coffee and other supplies ie. soap etc was very minimal

Very clean and well presented room. Staff lovely. View was beautiful.

Aircon very up and down in the room. No aircon in hallways or lifts was horrible, bit sickening with this heat. Blue wall coverings in lifts make you feel uncomfortable and uneasy as they are dirty, stained and smell. Also makes it feel as if it's mid renovation.

Close to the beach Accommodation modern and lots of space for family. Close to all of gold coasts attractions and shops without being in the heart of surfers Nice places to eat located close by Furniture modern and on trend

Beautifully presented. Clean, tidy, very nice apartment.

The only improvement I could suggest are providing smaller pillows. They were quite high profile so were too big for us which reduced comfort when sleeping. The photos presented weren't of the apartment we stayed in. Yes we had some ocean views but that didn't match what was shown online at the time of booking which was a little disappointing.

Brand new beachfront apartment. We got upgraded to a 3 bed 3 bath and it was huge!

Staff were a bit average checking in. Wanted us to check in 30mins early and couldn't make on time/ even though closed at 5pm. They waited but weren't so happy.

Front Manager needs to put up some smile and advise clients when promised to do something. She said she will advise on hire car but didn’t advise on availability either positive or negative

Aircon took a little to cool the place down but it was a very humid day. Once the room cooled down aircon was amazing!

The customer service from the women on reception could be a bit brighter. If you also get food delivered to the property they will not hold it if you are 10 seconds late.
