The listing description and photos do not do this house justice. The kitchen is perfect, the wifi is strong throughout the house and all the smart TVs and technology function properly. There are views of the beach and the lagoon and the neighborhood is quiet. Loved it!

We were so happy with this house! We rented North and South ! It was gorgeous, great location, comfortable beds! Nice pool that we really enjoyed too! We had a group of 16 friends and family from Indiana, Florida, & Mississippi! We had a wonderful time together! We had plenty of room! The only issue was we were all older and the stairs were a challenge! We loved it!

Beautiful property. Walking distance to beach. Loved the pool on the property. Management addressed concerns timely. Highly recommend!

Advertises as 5 bathrooms there are 4. Definite gnat problem in house, from the very first day they were relentless. Trash was never picked up from previous tenants so when arrived the trash cans were overflowing outside. Pool was yellow and as days wore on turned green. Tenants on the other side were loud and partied into the wee hours of the morning nightly. I think 2 different tenants stayed there during the course of our stay. Same result both times. The units are connected and you could hear everything on the other side of the door from our side. EVERYTHING like they were on our side! So if you stay in this unit, do not put children in the room on the second floor by the door to that other side. Additionally you can just rent out the other side then you don’t have to worry about the characters staying there. Now I called management about the trash cans and they stated they had been having trouble with the trash. But they did handle it the very next day. So that was good. I also let them know about the pool color. They stated the actual property owner has a private pool company that cleans it. That was handled as well. They were courteous about it all. However, for what we paid to stay there I would expect no issues like this with the property. Advertisement does need to be changed though to reflect actual number of bathrooms. Not sure if I would stay here again. 50/50 on it. Sad too, cause the house is gorgeous.

I really enjoyed staying here! Nice features! All of the rooms were well decorated and the furniture and amenities all seemed to have been updated recently. I was really impressed!
