It’s a relatively new build which was its saving grace .

Upon arrival the lawns were unkempt and overgrown , the internet was unplugged, so no access to the tv as it was smart tv only . There were cobwebs and dust in the lounge room, the back door fly screen had a gapping hole because it had been pulled out of its surrounds , the sheets in the second bedroom were stained and had grubby feet marks on them also the front door had dropped and required us to lift it to establish a secure position for the door to close .

Gorgeous little townhouse! Wish we had of needed to be there for more than one night! Nice and close to the town Centre. Walking distance for dinner and breakfast! We used our stay as a base for Bonnie Doon. Plenty of space for a car and boat.
