Le petit déjeuner était excellent

Everything.. Breakfast was awesome, salt bath in the spa… Staff were so lovely and the building itself was aesthetically pleasing.. Every detail of the stay and building is so well thought out!

Location wasn’t walking distance to anything.. but because the hotel was so nice, I stopped minding…

فندق جميل وجديد وجميع مرافقه جديده.

1-عدم جاهزية الغرف. ‏رغم الوصول متأخر عن الوقت المحدد للدخول إلا أنه الغرفة لم تكن جاهزة وبلغنا بأنه لا توجد غرف وجاري البحث لنا عن غرفة، فأخبرته بأني حجزت عن طريق booking والغرفة موجودة، فأفادوني بأن booking يحجز الغرف رغم عدم توافرها فعليا في الفندق ، ولكنهم ستصرفون.

The hotel is very clean. The pool is excellent. The staff are very accommodating.

The vegetable spring roll I ordered is not worth its price. The spring roll in Golden Spoon restaurant is far better, at half the price. I suggest that the chef try it . Some of the cleaning staff cannot understand simple questions like “What is the usual check out time?” . Is it a language barrier problem .. or an orientation problem?

The hotel is brand new and has opened in January only. What makes the hotel stand out from others that is the quality, friendliness and hospitality of the hotel team incl. restaurants. All of them really gave the little extra, which made my stay a very memorable one. I will definitely come back. Typically, you mention one or two names here. I don't do this on purpose, as it would be unfair towards the many others who remained not mentioned.

Please, look into your email system. Even after 2 weeks, different reminders on all channels, I haven't received the invoice.

eravamo in 3 adulti e abbiamo optato per una appartamento. grande con doppi servizi e cucina completa anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito.,acqua e caffè gratuito, locali molto puliti e pulizia più volte al giorno. Colazione e cena a buffet con prodotti a mio avviso buoni e con diversa scelta. Personale gentile.

Da valutare la posizione dell' Hotel a pochi Km da Muscat International airport ma distante ( a piedi)da locali o ristoranti. Non hanno licenza per alcol . avrei preferito non aver dovuto pagare un supplemento per arrivo anticipato quando nella struttura non c'era molta clientela e quindi la camera era già pronta. La piscina era in fase di manutenzione ma comunque utilizzabile. nessun bar Pool disponibile.

The property is BEAUTIFUL! It’s in a great location to get places easily, pretty on the middle. The rooms were large, clean and so comfortable. The staff was a different level, from valets, to the restaurants, to the reception and the general manager, everyone was so kind and helpful. Breakfast, which I had included in my room, was great. Lots of options.

They are still in pre-opening of the hotel, some of the services were not available.

I didn’t like the hotel at all ..I didn’t recommend it to anyone ..you will spend a lot of money about poor hotel with everything..the location is industrial area.. bad view ..and it is fat of the heart of beautiful Muscat..the employees are not professional , the hotel is still in soft opening phase..so if you asked or complain about anything they told this excuse… the breakfast is poor and horrible(tasteless+ limited as you are in 3 star hotel) .. the design of the rest room is unbelievable… if you want to use the bathroom you have to think well it is too small !! The space for kids! The air condition is always on 21 degree …you will be freezing otherwise you have to turn it off as there is no heaters.. and be careful about what you approved to pay in booking.com and what they show you in the hotel …especially the one who don’t know the currency of Oman the riyal .. as you I chose a room and put the amount to be in Riyal Saudi…and for them they changed the prices if they saw that you will come from Saudi Arabia ..unfortunately the make you paid double !!!!! So I advice to take a hotel like intercontinental , crown or any good hotel in Alqarm area on the sea side … you will enjoy the sea and the nice places around that area .Also the cups are not clean and has a lot of dust in the room and breakfast.. there is also smell not nice in the bathroom came from time to time ..for me also the coffee machine in my room has issue and water come out it and also first night I can’t sleep even from sound of water inside the bathroom as it is need maintenance, cold and small mosquitoes and second day all of above and they starting using hammer to maintain one room above me from 6:00 am and btw they didn’t tell you that there is a different time for breakfast it depends to the weekend or working day!!!!

The ac was high and we can not change it it was cold also the value was high and not affordable for anyone
