Everything was perfect

Amazing location overlooking Newquay harbour. Spacious and really well appointed. Easy parking. Short walk to town. The bed was really comfortable.

The property had everything we needed.

What a gem! Fantastic apartment with beautiful views. Location is good and only a short walk into the centre and perfect for the coastal walks. Annabelle is on hand should you need anything. Highly recommend, cant wait to stay again.

Beautiful views. Cleanliness of the apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Knowing that you had a car parking space for when you returned after a day out. A private space to sit outside and enjoy the views when the weather allowed. The call to say the apartment was ready, so not having to wait until 4pm to gain access.

There isn't that much to say that we didn't like so I guess this is being a little nit picky. Being able to make the hairdryer work, not sure if it was me but I didn't want to force the button or whether it just wasn't working. The airer was wobbly, I think one of the catches was broken so it didn't lock out to make it sturdy. The central heating radiators need bleeding because they were only warm half way up. One towel rail in the shower room wasn't working which made the room quite cold, neither of these will be an issue in the warmer months. Noise could be heard from the apartment above. The main road in and out was annoying as parked cars on the road caused tailbacks (this was Easter so a very busy time).

Annabelle is a fantastic host! very helpful. The apartment was comfy, clean and modern. The private decking is a bonus with stunning views of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this property.

I had seen the property on the internet in 2019 but then Covid struck. The apartment has the most amazing views, i loved the fact that we could walk to all amenities. The apartment is extremely clean very comfotable, and warm. Annabelle has thought of everything, with extra touches. The fact that we could take our 2 dogs made our break away extra special. Annabelle is a great host.

Lovely central location. Comfortable apartment with all the facilities we needed. Bed comfortable and shower good.

The location is perfect for walking in to the town centre or to any of the beaches, Amazing views and spotlessly clean.

The apartment was very cosy, and the private terrace had the best view you can get in Newquay. Very clean bathroom. Decent bedroom.

Being a pet friendly apartment, I didn't really like the smell of animals.. The settee, the chair, the pillows, and the blankets had a lot of pet hair on them.

lovely location with phenomenal views. Annabelle was Extremely welcoming and went above and beyond. Was really nice that we could take three dogs and not be charged silly fees (was free) and not feel on edge about them either. property was lovely and clean and smelt amazing, well equipped. Comfy bed and sofa and all in all it made the trip that extra special touch. Will definitely be back staying here.

The seaside apartment is a gorgeous little spot hidden away and perfect for a quiet get away. the private decking area and look out is wonderful and can imagine even better having some breakfast out there on a sunny day!

The only downside about the property is the parking! We are in quite a large car and unfortunately the only way it seems to get in and out of the property is driving in and a difficult reverse back up the slope and out of the gates.
