We honestly loved this place. Overall it was very clean, neat and cozy. It was very dog friendly and had easy access to the beach. We are leaving 3 stars though because we had an incident happen. When I was in the shower I heard my dog begin to bark and the front door slam shut. I came out to see what happened and luckily we always keep a camera on to watch our dog. So I went back and looked at the camera footage and to our surprise a man in a red shirt tried to enter our condo unannounced and unexpectedly. In the video you see my dog get up and start to bark at the man and he got scared and left. Our car was not out front because my Boyfriend was at the beach at the time so it looked like no one was home. My boyfriend drove home immediately and went to the office. The front office had no idea why this happened apologized and said it was an accident. But when I spoke to another maintenance worker about what happened his reply was “I don’t do that I know better.” As in the other man knew what he was doing and it wasn’t an accident. He also said that the man might have thought his friend lived in the condo we were staying in. But this again was not true because we saw that maintenance worker multiple times and he saw us come and go. He knew his friend did not live there he was clearly up to no good. We also found out that our door did not have a deadbolt so anyone who had a passcode could enter any time they wanted. After this had happened we did not feel safe to leave the property at all. We slept very horribly thinking anyone could walk in at any time. My birthday trip turned into a trip filled with anxiety and us wanting to go home. We were offered a 2pm checkout but we decided to leave on time at 11am because we Just wanted to get out of there. Like I said it was a nice place but if you stay here I would advise you to get a camera for inside your condo to make sure no one comes in when you are at the beach or just not in the condo.

Great communication with the property manager through a few mishaps that were outside of anybody’s control. Condo and associated amenities were some of the best we have had on the island. Would definitely recommend for others to stay.

This condo was beautiful inside and outside!! Very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our little family. It was conveniently located close to the beach. Exactly what we wanted.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, quiet and centrally located.

Turtle-licious was adorable. The employees in the office were kind and quick to answer any questions. I wish the slide pool was more child friendly. The adults had taken over and there was a heavy smell of smoke everytime we walked by. That was one of the biggest selling points of the property and we didn't get to slide once. The splash pad pool however, was a huge hit.

The property is just as listed. Very clean and great communication from the property manager. We had a quick stay over Memorial Day weekend. Easy access to the beach.

Check in was easy! Loved the decor and comfy bed. Cute backyard. Amenities were great as well.

We stayed at Turtle-Licious for three nights during spring break and it was an unforgettable trip. We had our three girls, 1 year old boy and Boston Terrier. I was a little nervous it wouldn't be enough space for all of us but it fit us perfectly. There was even enough space in the master bedroom for a pack and play. Its a tight fit but it works. My wife and I kept commenting if we remodeled our home we would pick out all the same materials and colors. The murals on the walls are beautiful and got my girls talking and dreaming of sea turtles. The staff at the club house really made the trip for us. They have activities planned for the family every night and definitely have a gift of hospitality. The two heated pools were amazing and my kids said they loved thier time in the game room as well. We all felt so welcome and at home the hardest part was actually leaving. We can't wait to come back again! Also I definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get down to the beach, it was the cherry on top for us.

Our group, 3 adults & 2 teenagers, really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and perfect for our visit. The staff was very responsive & went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed.
