Rob's house is beautiful, and he made our stay easy.

This house was very comfortable for 4 couples to spend a long weekend in Homosassa. We brought our boat up from tampa and it easily fit on the dock. We loved the screened in pool and were sad we didn’t take advantage of the grill but the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make a delicious scallop pasta from our hard days work.
Industrial ice maker outside is very convenient and a nice touch.
Good locations between the spring and the town. About a 40 min run on a boat to the gulf.
Host was very accommodating. We will definitely be returning for future trips!

This house is absolutely beautiful and very clean.

We book the same type of lodging every summer and can honestly say the pictures do not do the property justice. It seemed like we were the first family to ever stay there. Everything was very comfortable, meticulously clean and in working order. interacting with the property manager was smooth and Dani was always very helpful and quick to respond. Think no more and book , you will be goad you did

We were so impressed by this property and the communication with the property manager. It fit our party of eight beautifully, with room to spare. The dock was perfect for our boat, and we had a wonderful time out on the water scalloping. We have stayed at a lot of rental properties, and this is the first time every single member of our group said they couldn’t wait to come back. Beautiful home, gorgeous backyard area as well. We would love to come back in the winter when it’s cooler and really enjoy the outdoors.

All I can say is WOW! I am soo glad we stayed in this home! You are literally in the springs on a quiet canal with some of the absolute BEST neighbors that loved waving and talking with our kids while we went by on the boat! The home was outstanding! VERY clean and well stocked! Dani went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and to think of every little detail with amenities to keep the entire family having fun and relaxing! Couldn’t have asked for a better house and host! Plenty of personal space but if we had a question she would immediately respond to help or answer any questions!
If you are looking to truly enjoy Homosassa in luxury and worry free with everything at your finger tips then look no further and book this house YOU WON’T REGRET IT! Absolutely 5 Stars all the way around!
