Very nice and clean hotel that was convenient for the college (why i was visiting) and downtown. Right across the street from the Strong museum which was very cool to have a a view. Will look to stay again when in town visiting my daughter.

The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The room was perfect for the 3 of us. We stayed in the king suite, and used the pull out couch for our daughter. Loved that the hotel was dog friendly, and had a nice patch of grass with extra dog bags and garbage for dog waste. We chose the Hampton Inn for the walking proximity to Strong Museum, and we were completely amazed at the hotel setup, cleanliness, and breakfast options!! I couldnt believe there was a waffle making station with ALL the topping options available, and yummy omelettes!! There was a perfect shallow pool and a great new gym. The decor was lovely, and we enjoyed the hotel music. The absolute bonus was the location and proximity to so many food and entertainment options. We had an amazing stay, and will only stay at this hotel now when visiting Rochester!

The swimming pool was small but good enough for our young kids. The breakfast was pretty decent and convenient. That was my favourite part of our stay. The rooms were clean and smelled nice. Would definitely come again!

Seems like the carpet was not properly vacuum, there was a lot of cookie crumbs and artificial sand from Strong Museum

Probably one of the best Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at. Staff and service are excellent. The hotel looks new and clean. Vibrant colors great complimentary breakfast. Right across the street from the Strong national museum and walking distance to many restaurants.

Great updated, modern version of a Hampton Inn! If our son ends up going to college in the area, we will be staying again multiple times when we visit. The big surprise was the quality of the food served at the lobby bar. Everything our family are their was fantastic!

Loved this hotel! The lobby restaurant was over priced for what it was but all in all everyone was so nice and place and location was great! Stayed with young kids.

Great stay. Lobby and Room were clean and well prepared. Parking lot was full when i arrived, about 9pm, but they share the parking garage across the street with the Play museum. It's just across the street, but i would recommend getting your bags to the room before you park. Good breakfast, nothing more than you would expect, but a lot of seating and options.

Good hotel, we liked the breakfast, the location is great (close to lots of bar's and right next to the museum of play). The only thing that we did not like was the shower pressure - too light! The pool was ok, it was a little dark in the room. The gym was really nice. So this hotel is very nice except for the shower.

Great location if visiting the strong museum. Very clean property most likely because it’s fairly new.
Had an issue with toilet being clogged when we checked in but it was fixed quite quickly.
Very spacious room. Great breakfast.
Only complaint is that we were asked to vacate onsite parking, which was free, once we checked out even though we were staying in the area until later that afternoon.

This hotel was a nice surprise, a level above the usual Hampton In experience. We were particularly impressed with the hotel restaurant/lounge that was open late and had a great menu for late arriving guests. And the staff at both the front desk and in the lounge were great! The only negative at all is that this facility really, really needs a bigger parking lot.

The property is beautiful, clean and very nice design inside especially the hallway paint and the carpet, also the breakfast with more options to choose.
The only suggestion is if they can start including halal food, it will be great, because those bacon and sausage are pork and not everyone eat pork.

Safe's position is odd which is on a top shelf inside the bathroom. Not everyone at Concierge is good, depending on who you meet with. Breakfast quality is good. Swimming pool is too small and no changing room so you have to go back to your room with water dipping from your body. If you are going to Strong across the road this hotel is a no brainer.

Lovely property with so much to do around it. Great area and awesome for kids. Clean hotel and great staff. Free breakfast and clean pool! I would highly recommend!

The hotel is beautiful, the decor and ambience are so nice. We tried to eat in the restaurant (Laila's). We waited at the first table right beside the bar, the bar tender could have spoken to us we were so close. He never said hi or offered us a drink. We waited twenty minutes the server kept walking by and never came over. We gave up and ended up in the bar across the street NerdVana where the service was amazing. We were so disappointed in the service at the bar and the restaurant. However, we loved the hotel and would definitely return.

This Hampton Inn location might have been the best HI we've ever stayed in. It was clean, the pool was a bit cold though but that's the only minor complain we had. Our room was comfortable and great for a family of 4. There's a lot of cool things to do around the area.
