I wasn't there long enough to form an impression

I had difficulty gaining access to the building because. It was dark, the key access code was not easily identifiable in that there were 6 keypads and had to guess which one- room was free. The key pad was also very fiddly. The mattress was not comfortable- there was a piece of metal almost coming through. The room was cold with no instructions on how to turn the heat on

Disgusting property and disgusting service. I booked a studio at here. When messaging the property to ask what studio we were in (1 or 2) they advised me there are no studios available. I confirmed with the property that it was a studio I had paid for but again they advised there was non available and only rooms. As the rooms were cheaper than the studio I advised the property I would book a room separately, and asked that they refund the studio that they had double booked. Since I have asked for the refund they have stopped replying to my messages. When arriving at the property there was rubbish immediately as we entered the door, the room smelt like cannabis, there were yellow stains on the pillows and marks all over the wall. The cleanliness was so bad that we had to leave the property early and did not stay the night. I have tried to speak with the owner but they have stopped responding and don’t answer their phone.

Booked studio need up with a tiny double room as they already sold the studio room was dirty and smelt of damp the rooms are not sound proof as stated I was kept up all night by the room next to me as there tv is on the wall behind the bed the window didn’t shut properly so the wind was howling all night kitchen was disgusting nothing was washed up people smoking out the window during the night and won’t ever recommend or return

Lovely size bedroom

The bedroom floor was dirty The bed was too small for double The bathroom shower needed a clean and floor aswel Very tight on hot drinks only 4 coffees no tea bags milk The community Area/kitchen was messy and had not been cleaned By anyone crumbs all over worktops and the floor was gross

Comfort and everything else perfect,

No body wash or shampoo in shower, No breakfast or staff.
