2nd Time Staying at these Properties, Very Easy going host. Never any problems with this property.

The house is beautiful and plenty of room to spread out, as well as be together. A few things that would have been nice, like dish towels and dish clothes. We had minimal hot water in the upstairs bathrooms for the first 5 days, then maintenance had to fix the water heater. Some of the light bulbs were out in the downstairs patio. But all in all, it was a good place to bring family together for the week.

House was great! Large enough for everyone. Great location with plenty of parking. Definitely would stay here again!

The house is beautiful and overlooks the lake! Very homey feeling and the kitchen is quite spacious to cook. Had an amazing time!

Worst vacation we have ever book through VRBO. The pictures of the house seem to give off the impression that it would be a very quiet place to stay. Every single vehicle that comes out of the marina every single boat that goes out and in the marina every single thing goes by the bedroom windows of that house. The first thing that I had to do when I got there was clean up what remains to look like vomit in the master bedroom on the wall and on the floorboards going around the tile it looks like the floor has been cleaned but nothing else, at this point we were just starting our vacation and I said nothing and just dealt with it myself. You do have to walk across a very busy road the same road that runs past the house to get to the small private beach that is there. We did have fun at the beach we enjoyed the rental of the boat. While we were there our house was broken into. The locks were changed on the doors due to the break-in. It took about a day and a half to make a A police report and have the maintenance people come and change the locks in which we basically were not on vacation at that point. The owners have refused to reimburse or make anything right with this particular house. Our dealings with the actual people of the Ozark yacht club were wonderful the rest and this particular house there is no way I would ever recommend it to a family or anybody else.

Overall this property was great. However, there were several little things that needed attention at the house. Such as several light bulbs were out, a ceiling fan not secured, clogged toilet (no plunger), fire alarm battery also needed replaced. Property keepers did address issues when they were notified within same day. Pool was great to have as an option. Lake beach area nice, some goose drops. Extra water items, Kayak's, Paddle boats were more $$$ to rent. This isn't an area for fishing but if you have a large boat to do other fun lake things you are going to like it. Good location the downtown and other shopping.

Great family location with all the amenities you would need!

The 3 houses and the closeness of them were perfect. The sand beach was safe and perfect for all the grandchildren. We were able to meet for dinners. Kitchens were well stocked with room for everyone in living rooms and areas.
