It was nice, first time staying overnight, didn't want to leave, but it was nice. The room was very comfortable and cozy. It had a certain vibe to it.

It is a by the hour hotel for hookers and homeless. I spent $289 on the filthiest, smelliest disgusting room. If I had waited and walked in, it would only have cost me $120 for a few hours I was there. But I never ever will use hotels again to find a hotel. Clearly you don’t check these hotels out. The pictures posted are nothing like the garbage you will get once you’re in that room. I can’t even begin to tell you the smell how gross it was. I have traveled throughout the United States and in Europe. I have never ever stayed in such as disgusting place in my life. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

It needs to be clearer on your site what kind of hotel this is. This is not the kind of hotel tourists visiting NYC should stay at. It offers an hourly rate for a reason. However, we booked sort of last minute, the pictures on the site made it look nice, and we didn’t know the area. The walls had stains, the carpet was stained, the shower knob was hanging by a thread. No water provided. No hangars in the closet. No iron, which stunk because I brought a dress shirt to wear to a show. There was an empty pill bottle under the bench. Other than being close to the subway, this was not a pleasant experience

Smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling. Sheets had cigarette burns on it. Bathroom wasn't clean. Neighbors was loud

Loud noise in restroom. Apparently the fan whistled. The maintenance man sits in the lobby without Introduction. So when he got on the elevator, I had concerns. No safety lock on my door and the neighborhood is busy with a lot of criminal activity. They hand you a remote at check in. The room was clean. No microwave but it had a small fridge thank God. Bullet proof glass at check in. There is nearby food and a liquor store. Subway isn't that close so be prepared to walk or use app transport.
Would i return? Only if i absolutely had to. Was it worth my 160.00 dollars? No way. But i had business in the area and needed to be close. Because there was no safety lock, i didn't sleep.

The property honestly wasn’t that bad everything did work it was clean did have about 3 burnt marks on the sheet it was quiet it didn’t smell noone broke in and robbed it is a u get what u pay for type of place but im not opposed to staying there again

The overnight staff it’s so rude they charge me every night 40 dollars cash for parking spot they don’t accept credit card you have to paid cash the front desk guy it’s rude with the guest I think he steal my money the room service it’s so horrible the shower don’t work the place it’s a shelter and Motel to you have to paid 60 for 1 hour and you can do whatever you want it in one hour I dont recommended bad service 0 to 10

They are not on the grand concourse . Place can be rented for 80$ for 3 hours . Ice machines don’t work .the room cleaners are nice but the front desk guy won’t even smile or look at you

Hotel was filthy from entrance to top floor. Trashbags piled around elevator. The entire hotel stunk like cigarettes.
This hotel appears to also rent by the hour only one thing thats for.parking is horrible low cars like benz e350s will scrape the cement on slope, cost me my cataylityc converter guard cover. Rooms stink like menthol and nicotine. Furniture in rough condotions. Floors sticky.and dirty. No support from hotels.com to reimburse.
Spend the same amount and go to nearby comffory inn.

I booked this room because it said there were 2 king beds. When I got to check in the lady at the counter said the room doesn't have king beds, in fact the hotel doesn't have any rooms with King beds at all. We were put in a room with 2 twin beds, it was very disappointing, I would have booked a different room with the beds I wanted if the ad didn't say 2 king beds.

Unsafe parking, neighborhood is horrible, smells of weed all over the hotel. My beds had cigarette burns on the sheets.

Room was adequate without knowing the area. Not a great area for out of town tourists. Limited restaurants with seating. Very filthy streets and neighborhood. Was not aware until our arrival of hourly rate option when making our reservation. I would not have made a reservation for this hotel just knowing this.

The sign at reception mentions rooms are available at hourly rates, which means that the hotel is probably also used by SWers. Thats fine, but be aware of that.
The room absolutely stank of cigarettes and weed, even though the linen was clean.
The shower did not work, either, and i didnt have time in the morning to run a bath.
Within ten minutes of me getting to my room, there was a fight in the corridor outside, and loud music played until quite late.
Avoid this place unless you really are not fussy or don't have a choics
