Die Lage am Strand und das Design der Bungalows. Leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, bequeme Betten mit Insektennetz. Saubere Anlage und sauberer Strand. Neue und dringend benötigte Strandliegen wurden gebaut und während unseres Aufenthaltes bereitgestellt.

Leider sprach ein Großteil des Personals kaum Englisch (eingeschlossen der Rezeption). Die Preise für Restaurant/Bar sind im Verhältnis zu umliegenden Restaurants sehr hoch. Der Transfer zum Flughafen fährt alle zwei Stunden, nicht wie angegeben jede Stunde. Hier wurden wir bei Verspätung (Hotel kannte die Flugnummer) unseres Fluges nicht kontaktiert und standen ratlos am Flughafen

Están de obras en el recinto y el ruido es constante durante el día. Por las mismas obras, hay zonas sucias, llenas de material de construcción, camiones… Pocas hamacas en la piscina, muy viejas. Dentro del recinto, que tiene unos jardines preciosos, encuentras bolsas de basura, estructuras de edificios que se han abandonado y ahí siguen entre la vegetación… Se acaban las toallas y tienes que ser tú quien lo solucione, yendo a recepción o al spa La limpieza de las instalaciones deja que desear, matas una cucaracha en tu baño o terraza (el baño es abierto con tejado de paja, muy agradable) y ahí seguirá hasta que te vayas. El desayuno no tiene gran calidad. Anuncian varios restaurantes pero sólo hay uno que sirve cenas, con lo que cada día cenas en el mismo lugar. Eso sí, la carta es muy variada y son muy amables

Außergewöhnliche Raumausstattung, netter Service, schöne weitläufige Anlage mit privatem Strand (recht sauber im Vergleich zu den öffentlichen) und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Da wir nach einer zweiwöchigen Reise im Norden von Vietnams dort zum Abschluss dorthin kamen, vermissten wir dort das Vietnamesische, was wir vorher erlebt hatten. Es ist also an den westlichen Touristen sehr angepasst, dementsprechend sind auch die Preise. Das einzige Verrückte war, dass das Bad eigentlich offen ist, und somit potentiell Tiere einen Besuch abstatten können. Bis auf Geckos (Eidechse) war allerdings hier nichts bei uns obwohl wir auf unseren Rollertouren auch Schlangen gesehen hatten. Das Resort ist etwas abgelegenen. Man sollte daher wissen, dass der Fahrradverleih nur innerhalb des Resorts gilt und Roller für 200 VD pro Tag ausgeliehen werden können.

Amazing breakfast buffet! Nice beach with clear, clean and calm water, perfect for swimming. Very nice and helpful staff. Huge and welcoming lobby, and large tastefully designed rooms. You can walk to several restaurants from the resort if you want to venture out for cheaper or different food.

The only issue we had was a lack of beach loungers, especially ones under umbrellas. They were in such demand that guests would go to the beach early every morning to claim them, and we witnessed a couple of arguments over them between guests.

Beautiful resort. My room (premium bungalow with balcony) was perfect, the bed was very comfy, the outdoor bathroom was tropical and luxurious. Fantastic views & thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the balcony swing. The ambiance of the place is great, nice relaxing music throughout, beautifully decorated. Helpful & friendly staff (particularly Henry). Grand Ocean is part of Ocean Bay but has its own pool and reception too. Both hotels were equally great, pools were great with awesome views. There is also a little bar on site with some tasteful evening entertainment & an outside pier restaurant/bar with beautiful lights which has the sunset views.

My only observation would be that most things I wanted were at Ocean Bay (the pool bar is open later, the bar bar is open later, you can swim in the pool later & scooter hire was also from here. I’m not sure if this is just whilst they are still completing the build. Wasn’t an issue as they have plenty of golf buggies on hand to take you to the other reception in less than 5 minutes but I did sometimes think I should’ve just stayed there. It was still wonderful & I’d return to both without a doubt.

Location, breakfast collection, happy hours, caddy service. Massage is professional and staff is very kind and helpful.

Lack of activities for children. Playroom with games would be very welcome: table tennis, snooker, etc. The road to the resort is littered with rubbish. Command of English should be improved all over the board.

Excellent property ! Great location, beautiful ocean facing villas , clean beach , huge swimming pools. Food at the restaurant was also very good. Very helpful staff.

The wifi is very poor in the rooms.
