- Very, very clean all round, with blankets in the living room and the bedroom! - Surprisingly well stocked with seasonings, equipment, tissues, etc. - Had all the appliances needed, such as an air fryer, microwave, coffee machine, etc. (you don’t see that often for this price!) - Spacious living-room with a really big TV, Netflix, etc. - Cooking here was quite pleasing as everything appeared to be almost brand new! - The designs were pretty neat, little quirks around the place which make it feel a bit homely (such as little notes left around the place for guests; felt a bit more personalised) - Nice desk area to allow for work to be done on a laptop which was neat - I actually appreciated the added touch ups such as little lights around plants, portable table for sitting on the sofa and eating, and more. - That sofa is COMFORTABLE! Get a blanket and you won’t want to stand up! - The bed was pretty comfortable, not much more to be said there - Off-Road parking is always a plus! - Miscommunications with the host, but they were very friendly about the whole thing.

- Not much sound isolation, so could hear the floor downstairs sometimes, and it always sounded like the window in the bedroom and kitchen was wide open because the sound was leaking in. It’s pretty quiet at night though so we got good sleep. - No idea how to turn on the heating (if possible) so it was pretty cold. We wrapped up in blankets (but we missed the check-in instructions if any, see below) - Check-in was a bit awkward, but we did book quite last minute so might be just a one time thing. We received no check in instructions but, again, the last minute check in and confusion is probably to blame. - I think someone was living here at the same time? Saw someone else’s shoes and a few items, but the notes left around the property welcoming guests says otherwise. This might have been because we booked this last minute so there wasn’t enough time to take it out. - All the doors due an upgrade as it felt like they were pretty dated compared to everything else - Tiny, but there weren’t any good sharp knives for cutting food! The only one available was flimsy.
