Everything was great! The servive, the staff always so willing to serve, help, and guide you. From Bellboy Francisco, to Michelle and Fernanda at thcheck in and check out. The servers at the restaurants, from Rodrigo to the 3 Eduardos, to Yordi very hard horwing and excellent work ethic and professionalism. The food was exceptional from taste to variety. The drinks were very good as well as the bartenders and servers. Entertainment was good for our liking, Jairo played/performed great music. And I can't forget the lady who makes the omelets, can't remember her name, but they were soo good. We loved it and we are already planning to go back next year.

This property was new it needs to work out some kinks. Check in was easy. The room was nice and spacious. The food was good make note not all restaurants are open every day. There is no buffet for lunch or dinner, which is a bummer sometimes you just dont want to get dressed for every meal. Lunch there are a few options but all finger food hot dogs hamburgers fries tacos wraps. Oddly the roof top food stops at 430 but the pool doesnt close till 8. The roof top pool is where we spent all our pool time. The only negative about the roof top is the non existsnce of upbeat vacation music. Even when the dj showed up at 6pm it was acoustic music very boring music. Its an adult resort music at all the pools was serene quiet music which in other resorts one pool is quiet the others have upbeat music. Also not many activities, there should be adult games going on all day. Entertainment can use some work. Activities were listed then never happened. Hardly nighttime action the vibes were relaxing most of the time. The singer they had a few nights was excellent and the cello. Staff was nice drinks they need to work on all watered down hardly any liquor no signature drinks offered either. Property was clean and new well taken care of. Beach club was nice food was good their just 5 min away. The inconvenience of having to get a wrist band before jumping on the shuttle was annoying. Overall experience was 3.5 to 4 I expected a little more overall.

The staff at this property are all amazing! They are the reason I returned for a second time this year.

Lovely place to stay if you want some quiet and peace stay. Not a lot of activities or shows in the place but you can take a taxi nearby

Amazing property, amazing staff . Resort can have better food options but it’s all inclusive. Overall definitely will recommend and stay again when property is fully developed.

The entertainment could have been better. Other than that, everything was very good.

Pools were nice but closed early at 8 pm, will be probably be better when moe are open. The food was good, The rooms were very nice but I would have liked a bathtub

Just a great place, rooftop pool is great. The staff is great with one exception of a receptionist whose name I will not disclose. The food is great too, unfortunately again with one exception at our last night at the Italian restaurant when we waited 45 minutes for our food after having waited 1 hour for the table.

Great new property. Staff was excellent! Only thing i would change is more bathroom options around the pool and outside areas. No dinner buffet which was odd for us but the dinner restaurant options were all excellent and delicious.

Really friendly and interactive staff

Hyatt Vivid Grand Island was a great experience. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were polite and friendly and very attentive. I loved the food in every restaurant especially the roof top oishi asian food abd the view. Overall definitely woll return.

Very laid-back should be more for older couple nothing to do in the hotel activities are very poor lights turned off 10 PM. Not a foreign place to stay, but the hotel itself is amazing. Also, the beach club you need to Take Transportation, good food, good stuff better than the hotel other than that the hotel was very boring

7/10 honestly the resort is beautiful! We met a few wonderful and pleasant staff we would definitely recommend for you to ask for Berlin as your waiter in the Italian restaurant he is sometimes at the Oshii restaurant he was such an amazing host. Everyone was friendly except the girls at the coco cafe the 4 day we where there every time had an attitude! Food was okay could do better

The property is beautiful. It’s a few months old, so there’s still construction. The only thing I found not so pleasing was the pool hours and bar service around the pool.
