The staff were super friendly! The room came with tea, coffee, water, a mini fridge, microwave, everything we'd want. Beds were comfortable and the TV had plenty of channels. Ensuite was clean and towels were provided. The house itself was also gorgeous with a pretty garden view from our room (5). It's about 5 minutes on the bus from Gatwick Airport so I'd definitely recommend if you're travelling, especially for the price and location. For three of us staying Friday night it was only about £27 each.

2 glasses when there was 3 of us but honestly wasn't an issue.

Only that it was close to airport and had parking.

Noisy: thin walls, can hear conversations of others. Can hear doors opening and closing all hours and the floorboards extremely noisy. Dirty: coffee/tea area was dirty with tray that had not been cleaned, sticky try, sticky cups etc Smell of cooking woke me at 2am! Kept awake by staff in garden on phone and when I closed the window they still did not stop and I could hear him still talking. Wardrobe had blue tack on to keep it closed.

Rent og greit. Vinduer til å åpne mye. Greie vertsfolk. De hjalp oss med bagasjen. Stor hage ( men for kaldt ute).

Dårlig trykk på vannet i dusjen.

Absolutely nothing

Dirty bathroom, shower tray and screen dirty, shower water wouldn’t drain. No hand towels, awful small refill of toiletries, in bedroom a fridge, not plugged in and smelly inside, cracked plastic. Microwave on top of fridge, an extension cable and 4 plug socket, no evidence of any PAT testing done. The outside of the property was unkempt, with clutter and old sofas outside. In the hallway there was more clutter with a makeshift reception are with more ‘stuff’ everywhere. Upstairs there were orange bags of dirty laundry. The door to our room did not close and let in light all night. The tray with tea and coffee was filthy with old drink stains and overall poor offer of refreshments.

The host was very sweet and helped with our onward travel arrangements. Also suggesting an excellent Indian restaurant nearby. The beds which overlooked the gardens were very comfortable and the room was quiet.

It's an expensive 5 minute taxi ride ride from Gatwick because of the unloading charges at the airport or 40 min walk. But the price of the room with a genius discount is worth it.

Nothing!

The place stank on arrival and the downstairs was a building site. Went up to my room looks pleasant at first but when I checked the mattress it was clear there was bed bugs. Staff wouldn’t accept it and the manager was meant call me and didn’t and the staff member wouldn’t give me his number. I’ve never complained in my life but had no choice this time!

Very close to the airport which is convenient for someone (like me) without car

I wouldn't stay there as a holiday, but as a place to sleep before an early flight, it was a perfect value-for-money spot. The staff is friendly, the mattress comfortable and the bedding spotless. I slept very well.

The wifi was unfortunately down while I was there and cellphone reception is poor.

Great location to the airport.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable could not sleep.
