My family and I had an amazing time at the house. We all loved the place and appreciated having our own space. The pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed the extra games provided. The beach was within walking distance, which was convenient. While the house could use some improvements with the floors and trim, overall it's a beautiful and amazing place. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had two sets of grandparents who loved staying in the two downstairs rooms and not having to navigate stairs. Having their own bathrooms and king size beds made their stay. My teens all enjoyed having their own rooms and bathrooms on the 2 nd floor with their own private bathrooms. The second floor balcony was huge and a nice play to chill at night. My boys loved the double sized bunk beds and video games in their room. My husband and I loved the quiet 3rd floor room with the small balcony I enjoyed each night with the breeze coming through. The pool was perfect and the lights on the pool at night added a bit of magic to night swims as well as the fire pit bowls. The open kitchen and living room were perfect for all 12 of us to live in together. To top off this beautiful, spacious, comfortable home, the golf cart was a blessing. It made it so easy to get around. Grandparents loved crushing scenic Hwy looking at the beautiful houses and kids loved cruising for the fun of it. We rode to Winn dixi, Destin commons, coffee shops and a pickle ball court on legion street all on the golf cart. AND if all that wasn’t enough, the infinity game table was played non stop by kids and adults. I can’t say enough good things about the house and the property management team. They responded promptly to any request we had and were very kind. The gates neighborhood was nice and location was great!

We had a great stay here with extended family of 15 people of all age ranges. Plenty of space between all of the bedrooms/bathrooms, stocked kitchen, laundry, great pool and deck area, etc. Great to be able to walk to the beach, but easier and just as fun to kick it poolside! We all agreed that the pool was larger than the picture--pleasant surprise! Highly recommend. Golf cart was just the cherry on top! Great communication with the property manager company as well!
