Location was great as a starting point to explore Napoli Apartment was comfortable and spacious for two Air conditioning was quiet and super effective, leaking in living room Bedroom was very well lit and quiet despite busy street outside Host was very friendly and helpful

The shower head is only 170cm high so I didn't fit underneath standing up Ants coming from hole in skirting board, generally less clean in kitchen than rest of the apartment Very few kitchen utensils, e.g. no chopping board or tea towel Location is central, but it is right on the edge of Centre Storico and the less safe and nice neighbourhoods of Napoli

the host was quite unfriendly, the bathroom and rooms were quite dirty(mould in the shower) , the cook ware should be changed to new and clean it is also 5th floor and was challenging climbing it every day in was quite loud in the night( the room goes to the busy street)

I spent a few days in Naples and found this apartment. By name I thought it was a hotel / villa, but for us it was perfect as an apartment. Although we arrived earlier and the taxi from the airport dropped us off at the address, Guido called me, greeted us and helped us with our luggage. The apartment is on the top floor and although it takes a bit of effort to climb the stairs, the view and the balcony make it worthwhile. The apartment is clean, simple and I had everything I needed. Although the center is not one of the most beautiful areas of Naples, it is a perfect starting point to many sights as well as to the port and Lungomare (about 15 minutes by car / uber). Thank you for the reception and for the beautiful days spent in Naples!

The stairs can be hard to climb after a long day of walking or for someone old.

Great location right at end of main street in historic centre and 8 minutes walk to main station. Dont be put off by the outside of the building, the apartment inside is lovely. Owner very nice. Was still cleaning apartment when we arrived so we sat on balcony and he made us coffee. He was prompt in answering if you needed to contact him. Apartment very clean and bed super comfortable. Bathroom has great shower, toiletries and hairdryer provided. Nice little balcony but rd outside is busy although when doors are shut it's very quiet. Overall a very nice apartment in great location.

Everything was very good but a few extra touches would have made it excellent. The only mirror was in the bathroom, needs a full length mirror. A tea towel would have been useful and more hooks in bathroom to hang towels. Also no fault of the property and it does state it on booking.com but there are 84 steps to climb to apartment so you need to be reasonably fit.

It was a great apartment in the heart of Naples. It's in high, so we had a great view. The host was very helpful, late check out was also not a problem. Highly recommended.

Very clean and spacious apartment with all basic facilities and also wonderful view of the city. 10 mins walk to the central station and the town centre.

The apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator. Not recommended for elderly people or if you have large heavy luggage.

There is a lot of stairs. People with knee, back and heart problem should consider this before booking.

The location was great! Very close to the old historic city center and restaurants. We ended up going to Vesuvius and Pompei, and the Porta Nolana train station is just 10 minutes by foot. The balcony was nice, too. We drank tea on the balcony and that was really lovely! Antonio, the host, was responsive when we needed to contact him. It was late fall when we visited, so we didn’t use the air conditioner, but there are two in the apartment, which is probably great in the summer time.

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a walk up, so walking up and down was quite tiring. The apartment would have been even better if a few small things were added, like a hook for towels near the shower, or a tea towel for drying dishes (perhaps there was one, but we couldn’t find it).

Location is good, just around the corner from a busy tourist street (near Sorbillo Pizza which is a must!). The area around the apartment is generally quiet at night and quite close to a decent local coffee shop and little mini market. The hosts called to arrange meeting to get the keys and they met us immediately at the apartment. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the main train station which makes it great for connecting to other areas (Pompeii, Sorrento) but best to walk the main road route (not necessarily the route that Google Maps suggests) as some roads directly around the train station can be a little sketchy. Loved watching the busy streets of Naples from the double balcony which the apartment has. Aircon in both living room and bedroom was good.

Be mindful that the apartment is at the top of the building, up 5 or more flights of stairs and there is no lift. Not a negative as we were aware of this from the booking, but not suitable for anyone with walking or mobility issues.

Great location, good AC, which is very important if you visit Napoli in August.

The mattress is a bit soft, but the apartment still cool.
