Great accommodation in Turku - we highly recommend staying there!

The check-in process was a bit difficult and I had to contact Hotels.com a couple of times to get the online check-in done. However, after that, communication was excellent by Whatsapp. The room was brand new and had several small gifts for us. The pillows could be firmer but otherwise everything was excellent.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! The location was wonderful, the decoration was beautiful and everything was clean. I really enjoyed my stay!

The place is amazing. Brand new rooms and a good eye for the details. The welcoming and contact with the Whatsapp representation is warm en up to standards. All for the best service and smiles, even though there is not staff present on site. Cannot add any negatives at all. 5 stars

Well exceeded my expectations. Stylish, fresh and new. Just the right small touches, such as the welcome letter. Staying in touch with personnel was effortless and nice. The room had a really convenient kitchen. The bathroom was roomy and nicely scented soaps included. The bed was comfy. The air conditioner could be adjusted to the preferred temperature. Best of all, this was the least expensive option, but miles ahead of more expensive alternatives.

I was amazed by this place! Coming from some nights in tiny cabins this place seemed so nice and big! And it also had lots of cool stuff included like tea, coffee, chocolate, cooking utensils and oven so we could cook our own meals if we wanted to, TV, yoga mat, gym access, polaroid camera, tote bag, chargers, drinking bottles, fridge, freezer, different recycling bins, and even a dishwasher 😅 The bed was comfy, location was great with short distances to shops, restaurants, parks etc, and i had to test out both doing yoga and going to the gym, just cuz why not 😅 BobW made sure i had everything i needed, and i could easily get in contact with them. I had to call them before check-in because i hadn't gotten the check-in-link since i booked through hotels.com, but that was easily fixed with a phone call. The rest of the contact was through WhatsApp 😊. Would be nice to stay with BobW again. The cheaper ho(s)tels i usually book isn't quite the same, and they don't have that luxury feeling that i felt staying with BobW 😅

Excellent. More than I expected. It felt very personal without it being manned by a reception. Questions over WhatsApp were quickly managed, friendly and efficient. Apartment/room was full of locally made furniture etc, with info about them. My only gripe was the linen could have been softer. Felt a bit tough. Maybe it was new…?
