Nice new hotel convenient to I-20 and close to several good restaurants. Pleasant, helpful staff. Really good free breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The bad: When I first walked in for check in, I noticed a weird smell in the lobby. It smelled like trash hadn't been taken out. We were checking in late and we were exhausted so we ignored the smell in hopes that our room didn't smell the same way. I informed the front desk attendant that I only needed a 1 night stay. When I looked at my receipt she charged me for 2 nights. The hotel manager gave me the run around about approving a refund. I still haven't received those funds back. The good: The room was very clean and didn't have an odor like the hotel lobby. The beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again. The staff need to address that smell in the lobby. It's the first impression people have of the establishment. Listen to guests and don't overcharge them. Times are too hard for you to charge someone for a night they were not there. Not okay at all!!!

Our stay was for 2 nights and a minute away from our weekend destination for a wedding. Check in was simple with only a $50 deposit. The continental breakfast is from 6:30-9:30 and they had a decent spread of things to eat. I appreciate a hotel that has Dove soap products and not that dry hotel soap product line. The shower is spacious with glass sliding doors but the bathroom doesn’t have the vents if you do more than pee (warning lol!) TV channel options were alright but nothing was really on. The lightening in the room wasn’t great but it didn’t matter because we used the natural light since our window was facing the front of the hotel.

I stayed for two nights to attend a wedding.
The hotel is near the highway, close to restaurants and shopping. I like it especially for the cleanliness.

Staff friendly , breakfast was tasty . Only complaint was I saw ants in my garbage can which I removed from my room .

The hotel looks new, very clean.they have a swimming pool in the back. Great place for a little family vacation in Conyers GA , will recommend it to anybody who want clean, quiet hotel in this town.

The staff were amazing. The rooms were extremely humid and out of date. The bathtub had stains everywhere, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the front door was broken. Did not know how to even get in the property until another guest showed us how to get inside from the left side of the broken automatic doors. I will say, the staff made the experience tolerable. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are looking for somewhere super cheap beside the airport.

The staff was superb. Derrick the front desk attendant was easy going and a delight to interact with. Everything went smoothly from confirmation of the reservation, to arrival, during the length of our stay and through check out. I would return to this establishment which surpasses all expectations.

For the price I paid, while it wasn't exorbitant, I definitely expected a better stay. It was literally like staying at a hotel where people live and hang out on the regular. It was just weird. The fruit loops that trailed down the hall towards our room from the elevator stayed at least 24 hrs. The toilet didnt flush and when it did you had to wait 15 minutes for it to refill to flush it again. There was no water pressure. Teenagers hanging out in common areas in pjs doing homework like your walking through someone's den. Just odd, not unbearable things, but inconvenient for our stay. Definitely won't be back.

This property was SUPER clean. There was always someone cleaning and maintaining the common areas. The staff was friendly and the hotel itself was quiet. I would definitely stay again.

I was so impressed with my stay that when I returned to the Conyers area instead of spending the night with family I booked another night at this hotel. This place was super clean, everything was brand new, people were friendly and helpful, breakfast was outstanding and I just can't say enough about how pleased I was with my stay. This will be my hotel of choice going forward.

One of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Check-in was fast and simple. Kathy at the front desk was exceptional. She was super friendly, competent, and helpful, telling us about all the facilities and services. You can tell that she loves what she does. The hotel is less than 3 months old so it was in mint condition with super clean rooms. There was plenty of well-lit parking and the entrances are secured by keycard. Friendly staff. The free breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices including bagel, scrambled eggs or veggie omelets, bacon, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, cereals and more. I definitely recommend this motel. 👍👍

Upon entering the room looked pretty clean until we noticed a cleaning cloth was left on top of the desk/table in the room. There was also some noticeable lack of detail when we saw toothpaste on the wall near the bathroom light switch. That was a bit surprising. We stayed only one night, so the room was sufficient for our needs.

The stay was a good other than the air condition in our room did not seem to completely work. The property was very clean. I would overall recommend this property for a short weekend trip.

Started off bad, two different staff members came into our room at separate times with their cards and stated that they didn’t know that no one had been checked in the room

Property was brand new. You could smell the new carpet and paint smell. Great for the 1 night stay.

The stay was very good! You can still smell the newness. The customer service was superb!

There were ants on the bed and under the duvet. My daughter sat on the bed and noticed one crawling up her arm. She pulled down the duvet and saw more ants. The staff at the hotel were able to switch her and her dad to another room but it was late and she was exhausted.
