A modest but well kept place. Exterior entry. Probably a retrofitted apartment or motel into accommodations a bit more cleanly. Small room. But it had all you need. Bed a bit soft. On-site parking a plus. Relatively quiet considering a very urban locale. Easy to get to Santa Monica attractions. Keyless entry. Chain lock a bit stiff to open and close. Considering cost of upscale hotels probably priced right but not more. Staff on-site when I was there was friendly. Phone number on exterior for assistance/emergency. I think I’d stay again.

The Aliza is a cute hotel. We were hoping to stay closer to the beach, but reviews of anything closer to the beach in our price range included noise, parking issues and potentially crime. The room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The shower was awesome. Being across the street from Whole Foods was convenient. We enjoyed the 3/4 mile walk to the beach. Coffee is available in the office. The outside area isn’t large, but there are several places to sit outside and enjoy the sun.
We also arrived early and they let us check in. Much appreciated!

Wonderful property with all the amenities needed for a solo traveler. Everything is new and decorated in a clean and contemporary decor. There is no a/c, but who needs it when you’re out sightseeing and in a beautiful California weather. Free parking too! I will definatley be back.

We had a bigger room with seperate eating area and had the windows open all night. Super quiet and close to Venice Beach. Walked across the street to Whole Foods to get what we needed. We had a great experience and they allowed our two Small Dogs. Extra points for that 💕

Very classic style LA bungalow.. great location!! Walked to Venice beach,shopped at Whole Foods across the street, and out last night stopped by food stands on corner after Dodger game and had late night tacos and walked by to Aliza.

Great little place - especially for a family but bed in the living room not very comfortable for 2 people and also when we arrived we had to make it up ourselves.

Excellent location for Venice beach, vibant local area with various dining options. Clean property with two good rooms for sleeping and moderate sized bathroom. Car parking was outside the room which was very convenient.One issue was no space for clothes storage and zero facility for eating meals but other than that all was very good.

Visited my new grandson for a week and it was a perfect location for me to walk to and from. What would make it even better is if there was a coffee maker and coffee in the room, a hairdryer, and a bathroom surface to put things on. Very sparse accommodations but it worked and was clean. Never came in contact with staff. All done via email and text.

The location was good. The room was clean and freshly painted. We requested a room with a Queen Bed and a pullout couch. The room did not have sheets for the couch and no extra towels. There isn’t someone there at night so we emailed the contact email and did not receive a response back.

A great location for what we needed & may stay again. I am not sure as how it would work with no air conditioning in summer. With having two of us stay I believe more than two towels would be great as they don't dry well. We did not see anyone at the office while we were there. I thought the building and rooms were cute & clean.

We had a wonderful experience staying here for one night stay here with our family. We were right by the main street but didn't really notice any noise. We like that it was right across Whole Foods and in front of Whole foods were nightly food stands.
We needed more linens after hours and commination was a breeze. Thanks for the wonderful suite.
