Location is everything and this is a small condo in an extremely busy area. The inhabitants of the condo are very nosy and overbearing to guests. There is zero privacy here. One needs to be athletic to use the microwave on top of the refrigerator to the bathroom door that needs pushed and pulled to open. A towel rack that is there for show as towels cannot be hung on it. It falls to the ground. And forget about the laundry. The permanent summer residents have that pretty well tied up. There needs to be a list of dos and donts for this place to avoid reprimands from the residents.

My family and I are so happy that we chose this property. The location was fantastic. The condo was perfect size for us and the fact that our dog could come vacation with us made it even better.

Clean, updated, and about as close to the beach as you can get. Great property to rent for a relaxing stay in Wildwood. Owner was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions very quickly.

I cannot begin to write how absolutely my stay was. John is fantastic and responded to the few questions we had. The unit was absolutely perfect. Great location, spacious and extremely clean. The neighbors are friendly and you can actually see the ocean from the kitchen and living room. This was the best place I’ve ever stayed at in Wildwood. Highly recommend.

I went to Wildwood for a week with my friends and this was a great place to stay. It was right next to the beach and was a beautiful place. John was so helpful with any questions we had or concerns. I would definitely rent here again!

This place is true to the pictures and you can’t get a better location! John was accommodating and everything was a very smooth process. Would recommend!

The condo was very clean when we arrived. The owner, John, is extremely responsive. The A/C went out on one of our last days but John had someone out there quickly to meet me and fixed it right away. The condo is in a perfect location. It is very small but we were really only there to sleep so it worked out just fine. My only suggestion would be to have a "welcome sheet" with wifi password, trash collection/recycle, etc

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! Hassles is our favorite Ice cream!! Our room was very clean. Everybody else that was staying at the condos were super friendly! Thanks for everything!

I’ve stayed in several places in North Wildwood and this is by far the best. The place is clean, extremely comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen has modern appliances and granite countertops. The tiled bathroom is luxurious, The location is perfect for easy access to the beach and the Boardwalk. The owner is helpful and wants his renters to have the best shore experience as possible. If you are looking for a great place at the shore, this place is perfection!

Close to everything. Not a private porch and laundry shared with quarters needed to run it which was not revealed prior to stay. Very limited channels on TV too. Improving on that would have made it better. Really had a wonderful time and would do again. Owner nice and responsive.

The location of this condo is perfect! With the length of wildwood beaches it is so nice to have a location right next to the beach. It is also right near the piers on the boardwalk and directly next to Hassel's ice cream. The place is very clean and newly renovated. The owner is extremely nice and responsive. He was in touch with us the whole week and made sure we were in properly and had everything we needed. He even gives you access to his private library of movies on Roku. I also left my hair straightener there and he had the cleaning lady look for it and he mailed it to me! All in all, I would definitely recommend this condo!

The owner is extremely responsive immediately to any requests or questions. The condo seems to have just recently been renovated and is clean. The space is not as big as I would have expected for sleeping 6 people (we only had 5 and it was tight) but the location near a very quiet stretch of North Wildwood beach and boardwalk is excellent! Nice experience overall—no qualms in recommending to others!
