Great location , courtyard was really nice

the room is expensive and I get it location is part of it but there were number of things I noticed that I wasn’t to happy about , drop ceiling panels had dirty finger prints on them , dirty smudgy spots on the walls , painters tape holding together several sections of wall paneling in the kitchen . They tried to do their best with a modern clean design but it was done cheaply and they really need to spend more time on the cleaning and finishing the room the right way . The beds were very hard I did not sleep well at all . There were no paper towels or tissues which was odd, and no towel hooks in the bathroom for hanging wet towels Or clothing Which was annoying . At the end of the day I mean sure it was fine and very convenient to be block from the boardwalk but for 4-500$ a night I didn’t want “fine” I was expecting a high end super clean room and this wasn’t that .

The apartment was very clean and modern. The apartment was very close to the beach. There was an outside showerto remove sand. There were chairs outside in a small yard to enjoy. Check-in and checkout was super easy. The rooms were large an the beds were super comfortable.

There was a broken refrigerator handle that was broken when we checked in and was never repared. We had to request trash bags and towels twice before we received them.

??? - Breakfast not available. Room was very well equipped and beds extremely comfortable. AC worked well. All the comforts of home included. A higher, comfortable chair in the room would have been appreciated, but I know that's not the look Kevin has going on.

Could not sit outside at all during our visit as there was another rental, I believe taking up 2-3 rooms and having five small children. We are grandparents, so the children did not bother us, but the fact that these rentals took over the whole courtyard for the whole time we were there, and only large table, night after night, dissuaded us from sitting outside. The table had the only chairs that were high enough for sitting in at a decent height and only in the mid-day sun were we able to sit one time until we baked with the heat! Need higher chairs on the shady side please!!

I was emailed the instructions on how to enter a code into the electronic system. It was great!

Some of the families really seemed to monopolize the pool and cabanas but we learned to get up early and reserve our space. Probably just having more space at the pool.

The view used in the ad was not the room we received! We had a wall and a housekeeping closet to stare at! No sitting table and chairs to sit at outside of our room, while all of the other rooms had it plus a view. Floors were dirty! Air conditioners leaked.

One bedroom apartment for a family of three - there was no place for toiletries in the bathroom, very little clothing storage, no place to hang bath towels, no place to hang wet swim suits or beach towels, air conditioning quit working at times, electrical outlets/plugs were questionable……4 silverware settings, 4 plates, 4 bowls, 3 coffee cups provided - no glassware for juice or milk - had to buy disposable……beach chairs were stained and fell apart when you sat in them, beach umbrella was more like the size of an average golf umbrella….ended up having to rent……

Bathroom had issues Loose fixtures Towel bar came off as well and shower curtain tension rod came down toilet area tight

The owner texted me the location of our room with the code to the door. So simple!!

The Shore House exceeded all expectations that we had. The room, the amenities, the fire pits, the patio, the outdoor seating, also the cabana type seating all around the pool-it was all incredible. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All around an awesome place to stay.. not to mention dog/pet friendly!

I honestly can’t come up with anything that I didn’t like. Can’t complain about anything related to our stay at The Shore House, but I couldn’t believe what the cost for 4 weekdays is going for now!

Awesome service, beautiful comfy rooms, great pool area and court yard with a lot of original furniture. The facility had everything you needed for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, wagons and they rent bicycles for free!
