Great sized rooms good for families.

A little too far from town.

The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble The hotel's location was perfect Either a walk into town or using the excellent hotel shuttle. Food lovely and plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

So relaxing, amazing service & beautiful property! We had other accommodation booked for the last half of our trip but cancelled to stay another 3 nights at the Saga! Will be coming back again as we absolutely love this hotel and the kind staff

The pool and facilities

Can be noisy with the walls being very thin. Was woken at 6am one morning with house keeping dragging furniture across the floor in the room directly above ours.

Breakfast is bad

We stayed 3 nights in The Saga hotel. When we arrived in the hotel we got a free upgrade to a suite! The suite was very large and the beds were so comfortable. Best nights of sleep during our trip in vietnam. The breakfast was also very extensive with multiple types of eggs, a lot of fruit, good coffee and traditional vietnamese food. The staff was very helpfull during our stay. The hotel was close to the old town of hoi an (5 minutes with a taxi which is only 1 usd). All things considered, we had a perfect stay and will come back to the Saga if we are back in Vietnam!

Alles was echt fantastisch bij dit hotel! We hebben een extra nacht bijgeboekt omdat we het zo heerlijk vonden. Doordat het hotel verschillende gebouwen heeft, met het zwembad als een soort binnenplaats, voelt het heel rustig en kalm aan. De kamer was ruim en schoon, evenals de badkamer. Het was een half uurtje lopen naar het oude centrum, maar dat was prima te doen. Er is een gratis shuttle (taxi of taxibusje) naar het strand en het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk.

Niks, alles was top!

Hotel was perfect for our stay. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options both hot and cold, I enjoyed the omelets and bacon every day. The pool was amazing, and my family enjoyed that. For us location was perfect an easy GRAB to the old town or to the beach. We had the twin room with pool view, again would recommend those rooms. And finally the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Defiantly recommended and we will be back for sure
