Excellent accueil, établissement propre, calme, bien situé, personnel souriant et à l'écoute

Très bon accueil. Propre et confortable

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel Continental, we were greeted with exceptional service. As soon as we passed through the front gates, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks, delectable sweets, and plenty of warm smiles - just what we needed after our long journey. The gentleman at the front desk, Fessi, checked us in with a delightful sense of humor and kindness, and provided great recommendations for visiting the local sites. Our room was spacious, luxurious, and peaceful, overlooking the hotel's expansive and bright blue pool, surrounded by swaying palm trees. The dining experience was truly special - whether in the main hall or poolside, the food was absolutely fantastic. A huge shoutout to Bessi, the server with the great customer service and winning smile (he looks just like Cristiano Ronaldo!), as well as the woman with the beautiful eyes who made us the most perfect omelets to order. Seriously, this hotel is the absolute best. We recommend this hotel - from the top-notch service to the beautiful accommodations and delicious cuisine, the Hotel Continental is a true gem in Kairouan.

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel - it is truly a lovely, exceptional place from start to finish. We have no complaints whatsoever.

Die Badewanne und das Waschbecken waren verstopft ich habe mich beschwert nachher ist beseitigt .nächsten Tag haben sie vergessen einen neuen Handtuch zu bringen und anderen Tag haben sie überhaupt keine Handtücher und seife da im Zimmer gelassen ich habe mich beschwert sofort bekam ich alles und sie haben sich entschuldigt und der Preis war bisschen hoch

Hôtel spacieux, moderne et confortable. Personnel irréprochable. La piscine est grandiose même si je n'ai pus en profiter à cause de la saison. Bonne situation, juste à côté de l'office de tourisme et à 10-15mn à pied du plein centre, de la grande mosquée, et de la médina. Chambre très spacieuse. Restaurant correct (buffet).

Le seul petit reproche que j'aurai à faire c'est le peu de prise électrique dans la chambre.

The staff here is super friendly. The Medina is only a short walk away and the room/hotel offers everything you need.

The place is rather old and you can see it here and there (some things are a little run down). We didn’t mind though, since everything else is good.

Nice staff, bigger room, good breakfast with fresh juice.
