This house was perfect along with the amazing backyard pool area!! Between the amazing pool, bbq, and outdoor music to when the sun went down and we went inside for a game of pool, music , and games we had the most valuable time together as a family!!!

All we expected and more. We loved playing pool, shuffleboard, cornhole, and relaxing by the pool in the sun. The home is well stocked, clean and has plenty of room for everyone with 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other rooms. One of the rooms has 2 bunkbeds that made it nice so our adult boys could have there own bed. We will rent this property again for our Phoenix AZ vacations.

This place was exceptional! My family and I stayed for 4 days. It was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

We were only there for a short 4 nights and picked this place because if was less expensive than some others. We were there to play in a National Tennis Tournament. While we have stayed at many other VRBO homes there each time in Surprise for Nationals, this was by far the least expensive. A little farther from the tennis facility but close enough, 10 min or so. Unfortunately, the house wasn't really clean and a bit dated and worn. The lights were out in the pool table room so we couldn't even use it, (couldn't find any replacement bulbs but too awkward for us elders to replace anyway). In addition, the lights were out in the laundry room, thank goodness for cell phone flash lights. The pool was not heated and we surely missed enjoying this amenity we booked it for. Fireplace in living area and the outdoor pool fireplace both didn't work. All in all, it was fine for the money but we'd rather spend a bit more next year and be in a little bit better managed place. Beds were comfortable enough.

The location of property was great! Checkin process was easy. The backyard was amazing. It was a great stay!

The house had a shower that didn’t work, the patio furniture is all dirty and broken. The pool table’s bumpers are all broken, the fan and light in the billiards area don’t work. This has apparently been known for a while. There isn’t a pullout couch and though the owners knew this they didn’t update nor did they let us know, and we were counting on that bed. The shower and tub weren’t clean. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Too many things missed! No extra TP, Paper Towels, No Ziploc bags, almost all condiments/spices Out of Date. Patio furniture falling apart & extremely Old. Garage floor was a mess & Sticky as if someone spilled Soda & never cleaned up. No garage door opener. Was told other guests took them. Intake Vents had extreme amount of Dust!!!

We really enjoyed our family stay at this home in Surprise. Everyone had a great time playing pool and shuffleboard as well using the large selection of board games. It was too cool for us to enjoy the nice backyard with pool, but we'd love to return in warmer weather to take advantage of those amenities. The location was perfect. Our favorite restaurant in the area, Longhorn Steakhouse, was just a few minutes away. We spent several hours at the Wildlife World Zoo which is also a short drive. We look forward to booking for another stay.
