We enjoyed our stay

Kitchen had everything needed. Quiet fans were welcomed. Best part is the wrap around porch. Unfortunately leaf blowers started at 8 am and stayed around the property for far too long. Also noisy garbage collectors too close for comfort. Everything else just as described.

We had a great stay. It was exactly what we were hoping for, as a quiet place to stay while visiting friends in the area. Clean, well equipped and spacious. Everything was very well labelled and made for an easy stay.

Nice weather and location. The beds in the second bedroom were a bit low to the ground and could be improved. Overall still a nice stay.

Brett was very responsive and helpful during our visit to Bonita Bay over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were in Florida to spend time with my dad who lives in the community. We have stayed at Wild Pines before and the condo was very clean and well stocked. A very convenient location!

Lovely condo on the third floor in the trees

This was our third consecutive year to go to Wild Pines in Bonita Bay in early October. We stayed longer this year and it was terrific. The condo itself is beautiful. The kitchen was quite well stocked with everything we needed to cook in, which we did almost every day. The master bedroom was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. And ohhh, the screened in lanai! It was tastefully furnished and comfortable, and the breeze and sound of the palm trees was wonderful. We very much look forward to coming back next year.

The condo was very close to family for a holiday visit! They had comfortable beds and great floor plan. The owner was very easy to work with!

Pretty much as expected. I appreciated the location and very nice pool area. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. making it easy for me to contribute to Thanksgiving dinner!
I was a taken aback by the aqua blue/green color scheme - not the neutral taupe I expected! Unfortunately, the blinds did not go up and down, and the iron did not work. Other than those issues - no problems.

My husband and I got displaced by hurricane Ian. We were so thankful that we found this property. They're customer service is unsurpassed! The owner felt like an old family friend who showed great empathy for our situation. He was friendly and responsive to all of our questions and needs. They replaced a coffee maker that was misbehaving without any hesitation. The location is amazing and the neighborhood is so peaceful. This particular unit is very quiet. It feels like a tree house because you see greenery on both patios. Thank you for providing us with a little refuge while my husband and I were trying to figure out our next steps!

Everything was as good as expected. We’ve stayed in Wild Pines a couple times and it’s so peaceful and enjoyable. Great area for morning walks and a swim before heading to the beach. The private beach was never crowded.
We’ll be back again!

The condo was perfect for us! Location was great; close to restaurants, shopping and best of all - the BEACH! Short drive to all. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Communication with host was great and much appreciated. We will definitely look for this listing when it’s time to book next year!
