I was in room 115 from Tuesday 8/27 until Friday 8/30. On Tuesday it worked ok, then the A/C didn't do much. On Thursday morning, when I came downstairs from breakfast, I washed my hands, all was good. A while later I went in to use the bathroom and my sink was full of water. It was not the greatest stay, especially since I usually get a room to have A/C, that was a major letdown.

The price is cheap.

The hotel was very convenient to shopping and friends home. Staff was very helpful when the shower head fell off while showering, when I asked for a replacement pillow for a really greasy smelling pillow. The room smelled of smoke/musty. The carpeting is very old and stained. They need to remain the carpeting and replace with vinyl tile which is easier to keep clean and will help eliminate bad smell issues. I understand they are in the process of renovations. So I would give them another chance next year when I visit the area again.

It smelled like your average 50 year old building. The TV has really poor image quality and the channels were extremely limited (1-3 max) not to mention the bed-clothes were uncomfortable. It was quiet but I wouldn't recommend for more than one night.

Property was ok

Bread bananas ran out of stock in just 30 minutes of opening of breakfast on 18th Aug, 2024 Sunday. Manager/ kitchen in charge refuse to refill since owner did not get them. They are not able to even call the owner. It appears to be a regular feature. Rooms are not clean. Not recommended to anyone.

Place was clean, great and comfortable. Would definitely go back when I visit LA again but I do wish it had a fitness room. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Good for the area/price. Clean, safe- don't bother reading any more reviews, it's worth $100 per night.

TV options are horrible. Very few channels with not very good reception. Most hotels offer cable or satellite, not antenna, with no antenna in the room to try for better reception. Issues with windows, and too many stairs for disabled patrons. It would take a lot for me to want to stay again, though the fresh made waffles help

The TV options are horrible. So many stairs, no elevator. Quite difficult for a disabled person, such as myself. Bathroom window has an upper and lower portion. I couldn't close the upper portion. I was in room 207 from Mon 8/12, until Wed 8/14.

Require a cash deposit for the room key. Told them i don't carry cash and offered credit card, was told o could use the ATM

Staff are helpful. But the property old and rooms unpleasant smells every where.

The property was clean, the room was nice for a reasonable price.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Quiet. Easy to get to groceries or fast food. Old school (ie keys rather than key cards). Breakfast was mostly bread products, but at the discounted price I paid, I wasn't expecting more.

I stayed for one night. Service was good and people at the front desk were nice. Carpet had spots and room cleanliness can be improved.

It’s clean, but AC didn’t work properly

I only reserved this hotel because they were supposed to have a shuttle to the airport and then were told they didn’t have a shuttle. I was very disappointed.

I booked for three days two nights and by 11am the second day the receptionist banged on my door and demanded we check out. Apparentpy they double booked the room and we had to move due to their mistake. No one ever said why we had to move or apologized. Incredibly inconvenient and angering bc i was getting ready for an event.
