Clean and bright lights for the parking Staff very helpful and nice.

The staff where very courteous & friendly. We stayed in the King Sujte and it was very spacious & clean. Both beds (King & Pullout) where very comfortable. Breakfast was good, they had a very sufficient selection of breakfast items (Hot & Cold). Clean & the whole place smelled wonderful. Overall stay was great!! Definitely will be going back and looking forward to all other BW properties.

we just stayed for one night after our arrival before starting our roadtrip. everything worked out perfectly. huge menu of foods that can be ordered directly to your room

The breakfast was nice, you can choose several things, even bake your own waffle. But it would be better if there is some vegetables too. Room is nice.

The room was large and clean. That’s it.

Awful neighborhood. Food was poor quality. Power was out so I couldn’t call the hotel to cancel and was unable to check in early. Dangerous to step outside at night.

I never in life had a problem with the Best Western Via Gardena! I love the energy I always get when coming here (which I’ve been doing for about a year straight). Everything about the suites are updated, clean, and refreshing!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I enjoyed the comfortable king size beds. They were my favorite part about this stay. Not too soft and not too hard, just perfect! I liked The cleanliness, the area. Alot of stores near. & free parking! The pool was a good size. Breakfast was great, and staff was friendly. I forgot to take pictures, but the rooms look exactly like the pictures. We had the ac made some sparks, we told the staff. & right away they moved us to another room without hesitation. I didn't hear any noise coming in from other rooms. Everything was great! I will definitely be back again!

Our first room smelled alot like bleach, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The smell went away later at night.

the neighborhood was not safest neighborhood. the helicopters flying above all night. the pool was no better than the one in your backyard.
