Location was really nice and very near to Centre. Rooms are very clean and big. Staff was amazing and very friendly. I would say they have superb breakfast all ingredients very Fresh.

the room was great, everything I needed, fridge, tv and balcony, had a comfortable stay

it is almost 30 minutes from the center, as I was solo traveller without a car, it was tiring to go and come back

Room was nice, very spacious bathroom, nice common areas, good that there is a bar downstairs, nice breakfast.

We had a last floor room, if you are a tall person, it is difficult to move there, sloping ceiling. We also had a bath wich was nice but it was really difficult to have shower there without splashing everything wet.

Friendly staff and rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was great!

Excellent breakfast, nice and responsive personell. Convenient location. Delicious food in the restaurant - do not need go to the city center for dinner. Mini bus nr 12 drives to city center and other spots for hiking.

Photos from Deluxe double room with extra bed do not correspond to reality. The room during the day is very dark,because located in the 1st floor and in in front of window are trees. The feeling is like living in the bunker when you have to switch the lights even in the morning. Due to trees - unfortunately no mountain views not anything else.

Location was excellent. Hotel is 500m from mountain hiking trails and the city centre is reachable in 15min by walking. Nice mountain view from the balcony. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant. One of the times when best place to eat is your hotels restaurant. Delicious polish dishes and very good prices. Separate backyard entry and free car parking in backyard. We stayed there 4 nights and were so satisfied that wanted to book more but there was no available rooms.

Location -perfect. The room was clean and tidy. Parking was free.

We had a bit different room in design, than expected. Reception desc was closed earlier.

Everything was perfect, staff was very kind and helpful, restaurant directly in the hotel was great, it was not far from the centre, free parking, also quiet environment and nice scenery, very clean and modern smaller hotel, beds were very comfortable as well, we hope that we will come back again soon ;)
