Room smelled so bad. There was a nasty couch that smelled bad and badly stained in the room. The walls had stuff on them and it smelled like feet and ranch dressing. We checked out the same night.

It was nice. There was a small issue with two of the lights that would come on by motion sensor during the night if you moved in the bed, but otherwise a wonderful stay!!

We had the 2 kings suite. The downstairs is kitchen, living room, and king bedroom with a bathroom. All rooms are open to each other. Upstairs is a loft (no door) with another king bed and 2nd bathroom. 3 TVs (1 in each bedroom and 1 in living room). Full kitchen, but limited supplies. We just bought paper plates and plastic utensils. Ice maker in freezer. Dishwasher and soap provided. Pool and hot tub were nice. Animal friendly with plenty of space to walk dog. Beautiful breezeways between buildings keep kids out of parking lot.
Note that ALL 2 King bed suites are on 2nd floor because the ceilings are vaulted.
Breakfast is nothing to be excited over, just basic items. And the view is the interstate. But we selected this room for the spaciousness and the king beds, so we didn't care about view and breakfast.
The floor needs to be mopped, but most everything else was clean.

This place was filthy inside and out. Upon arriving, roaches scurried when we turned the light on and opened the door. Thank God I brought my own sanitizing wipes because what appeared to be blood was on the headboard and sheets. We couldn’t even shower because of the state of the bathroom. Mildew, roaches. We don’t even dare place our luggage on the ground after noticing it

It was ok. The biggest issue was we came for the pool but it was closed because there MAY be bad weather. Never happened!

Floor was dirty and had a spill that was never cleaned up. Floor stayed dirty i had to buy my own mop to keep the floor clean. Room was only cleaned once in the seven day stay. We had to walk all the way to the office to exchange towels. Cigarette butts all over the outside. I declared my pets at check in but they were not checked in. 4 days into the stay i was locked out of my room because i had “undeclared” pets in my room. The hotel clerk was very rude. I will NOT ever stay at this hotel again after many visits. This hotel is a very unfriendly DUMP

I was cheated out of my deposit. There was no cooking ware in the room check out ur 12pm and I was rudely ask to leave 2 times by Maid even tho it was 10am and 11 am and was accused of damage to the room which is completely false. Not only was there no damage and no late check out but I always cleaned the entire room out of respect for the maids. Never had this experience in my life and will never ever return. None professional and cheats it’s customers out of money

The refrigerator / freezer was going out so it made a lot of noise throughout the whole night. And for some reason the light in the bathroom kept coming on on its own couldn't make it stay off and it was shining right in my eyes as I was trying to sleep. Other than these 2 things, it was a nice stay.

I purposely booked the room with two queens and a sofa bed so that everyone could have their own bed. The sofa bed was completely a joke. Nobody could ever sleep on it. I would have never paid more for this accommodation.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The walls are paper-thin and the guests above us were very noisy...all night partying and loud talking outside. I called the front desk and they somewhat handled it. Still a lot of banging around at 4 am. I was disappointed with the breakfast...cereal, muffins, and waffles only. Old creamer for coffee, that was literally syrup.
