The hotel was conveniently located with access to cafes, restaurants and the Lumiere museum. The rooms are compact but well furnished and clean. Hotel staff were helpful.

The only this that didn’t like was the smell, maybe if I covered the shower drain or plugged the sink might have helped

This hotel does NOT have air conditioning in the rooms as they state that it's too early in the year to turn it on. This is misleading advertising when they state they have AC but do NOT provide the months that it works in the rooms. I now get to spend the next 12 days in a warm room for my vacation. Cracking a window does provide some relief however, now I hear traffic during the time that I am supposed to be sleeping. Takes 7-10 days for a refund (which they refused to give all the while acknowledging the AC issue) and I will not shell out another $1500 for a hotel when THIS one should provide what it advertises....so I was stuck. Mercure ......this is terrible service and you should make AC dates clear on the advertising of this hotel. I will not use Mercure in any way in the

The location was great, the room was clean and staff friendly. Not too many vegetarian options in the Breakfast and inside room could do better with Tea, milk cream and no drinking water facility.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room with good facilities. Breakfast was standard but the ground floor restaurant food is excellent. Some of the best food i've eaten in a long time. The only down side was it's not open at the weekend so had to make do with sub standard food then ! throughly recommended and well worth a trip or long stay.

The room I occupied as well as the one of my friend were smelling very bad to the point that windows had to be left open and toilet door and bathtubs evacuation covered. In the bathroom there was dust and elsewhere as well. Such a shame

Average- great comfortable bed, free minibar but coke cans were damaged so afraid they would explode when opening. didn’t reply to my request about parking and when we arrived had to park on the street because our gallery on top of the car was too high for the parking. Shower would go hot and almost burn you then cold. Carpeting on floor which I hate- but they give you slippers and robe to use which is a bonus. No restaurant in hotel available. Expensive for what it is.

very nice experience, they ramped up for the US visitors at the World Cup. Location is convent for transport (subway, tramway, scooters) but a bit far for tourism – the place for that is on the Island

This hotel was next to sans Souci metro station so getting around was no problem. It was really close to Monplaiser district so it had a real neighborhood feel to it

The staff is wonderful. A major problem was that the hotel did not have/provide wash/face cloth, only hand and body towels.

Good location to metro and stores. No restaurant due to holiday. Desk clerk was helpful although limited English, but she did the best she could.

Very clean and professional hotel on the Eastern side of Lyon. Convenient to get to the airport but not necessarily convenient to get downtown if that is what you are looking for.

Very quiet area lots of cafes and eateries train station nearby can take vehicular to the Bassillica great views of the river and city. Staff very helpful,rooms very clean and roomy.
