First off, they took $140 deposit for potential damage. They had me wait to get our room checked. They said there was dirt and grease stains, I'm unsure how cause we showered. But anyways, they said let us wash it out and we'll call back about your deposit. Then I get a call back about deposit to come back any time. I go back and they said they don't give deposits at night so I go back again to finally get my deposit. The pool closed early, the bar and restaurant closed early, the breakfast wasn't even open late enough for my husband to wake up..then theres a charge if you bring breakfast back to your room. So basically we didn't get to swim, we didn't get to eat, we had to go to applebees instead and we wasted gas going back and forth several times. Really unfortunate because i walked into the lobby and told my husband how amazing it was.. he was completely let down..

It was really good choice to stay for a short period of time . amenities and facilities are convenient. They provide a great breakfast. Coffe, tea and water in the lobby area 24 hours. Nice place inside with indoor pool. Àirport transer 24 hours . And price is amazing for this service.
If I visit Detroit again, sure I will come back to this place.

I would give 0 if i could. The room was disgusting; food & possibility bodily fluid on bathroom walls. When we asked for another room it took over an hr for staff to respond. They have new remodeled rooms & old rooms. We were told that the new rooms were not for 3rd party booking (Travelocity).

We got to the room and the lights didn’t work, the air conditioning unit wouldn’t turn on, the shower had dirt in it, and the room had dead spiders and spider webs everywhere. We decided to leave immediately and find somewhere else. I was told we would be refunded and would receive an email of confirmation. I haven’t received either. When I called to fix the issue, I was given an out of service email address.

I enjoyed the hotel but it was extremely frustrating that our hotel included breakfast but we couldn’t get it because our flight left earlier than breakfast. I paid for something I did not or could not receive. Ridiculous!
