I ALWAYS have an excellent experience at a Marriott Hotel. The level of customer service I receive is excellent, and staying at this Courtyard by Marriott, was no exception. The king-sized bed was VERY comfy, and the convenient location made my stay even better. I honestly cannot think of anything that I found dissatisfying, disappointing or depressing. I checked in a very happy guest, and checked out a very happy guest, too.

Bed was comfortable but pillows were not the greatest. Room was clean. It was for a quick overnight stay.

The hotel hallways are dark and dated. The problem with the stay were the paper thin walls. We could hear our neighbors conversations, when they flushed the toilet even their snoring. Unbearable. Also, the fire alarm had an annoying strobe light ever 12 seconds that didn’t allow to sleep in addition to all the noise. Will not be staying here again. Especially after paying more here then we paid for a marquiss on our trip.

Parking area for check-in was inadequate -- it was just a drive up with the only place to put the car was in an area marked "No Parking / Fire Lane". Check-in desk was understaffed, so I waited over 5 minutes to check in. No complimentary breakfast. The mini-fridge was the smallest I had ever seen, and it froze the dish of chicken salad I had stored in it. I was disappointed, considering the price.

THE DESCRIPTION ON HOTELS.COM IS MISLEADING! It is marked “Hotel with restaurant,” but in fact it only has a bar with bar snacks heated in a microwave, and the two dishes I tried were uneatable. As my only criterion for choosing an hotel on a long trip is the ability to have a meal and a drink without getting into my car again, this was a total waste of $250!
On the other hand, the rooms were excellent, the place was spotless, and the desk staff offered me a free upgrade. So I can’t quite give this the one-star review my disappointment merited.
