bed very comfortable, loved having the bathroom sink outside the toilet shower area, big closet with lots of hangers, big L-shaped sofa. The customer service from the front desk and the food area was fantastic, they bent over backwards to provide excellent customer service.

The sofa was cream in color and on a dark wood base that had SHARP corners. Every time I approached the sofa I didn't see the dark wood base corner and I left with scabs on my shins because I was constantly hitting it. Otherwise no room complaints, our suite was great and very quiet. What I most DIDN'T like was the elevators are no where near the lobby, they are as far away as possible. (Not good for monitoring who is coming and going, plus long long long hallways to walk to and from the lobby. Also I booked this hotel 9 months in advance and could not get a first floor room.

Staff members at check in and out were very helpful and friendly. Room clean noticed new shower curtains in bathroom.
